Rating + 2 unpleasant experience

The item shown New on the webpage turned out to be a recertified when delivered. I called the customer service for three times to resolve this. The first time the call was hanged up for no reason. The second time, they agreed for return but did not send me a return label after the call. The third time, they eventually gave me the return label. The reason I did not give them one star is that they refunded me the full payment, but I will never ever buy anything from this seller because of the bad customer service.

Rating + 2 Friendly Customer Service from Electronic Express (not from New Egg)

But a very disorganized company. They sent a printer that did not work. After calling, the customer service assistant sent FedEx to pick it up. She was very helpful.

Then then told me they sent a new one. Instead of a Samsung printer, they sent a refurbished HP Desktop computer! Not what I wanted. Clearly Electronic Express needs to get their act together and I have now asked for a refund.

It looks like I got a restocked tablet and not "new". Packaging had been opened and was slightly torn with bar code reattached with shipping tape.

As many others have indicated it is impossible to get this company to communicate with you by any means.

I'm currently in the process of disputing their charge for goods I have not recieved. This is the first time I've ever had such a negative experience with any company.

Rating + 1 Would not order from again

Item took two weeks to deliver and was received damaged. Numerous problems with the shipping company used. Also the delivery personnel only speaks Spanish. So a month later they decide they cannot replace broken product and now have been waiting two weeks on a refund. You think spending $2800 would get you some customer service.

Bought a television from this company, received the television and it did not work. They would not respond to emails, sat on hold many times and was never able to get a solution. Never buying from this company through any website again. Would NOT recommend this seller to anyone

Delivery was fairly quick but tried to contact seller numerous times by various methods and was either ignored or given a run around. Delivery was somewhat fast, delivery men were courteous and professional and stove is beautiful and in perfect condition so I gave 2 eggs.
Without going into the specifics of why I needed to contact the seller let me just say that I wanted to give a higher rating and would have if this seller would have been responsible and courteous and responded to my concerns. Instead every attempt for contact by myself and even by Newegg when they stepped in to help me was blown off and ignored. Very unprofessional to ignore a buyer's repeated attempts to talk to somebody when you're selling expensive products like this. Never did get to talk to anyone, nothing got resolved and I am left soured by this experience. I need to buy several other large appliances but I won't buy any of them (or anything else) from this seller and I don't recommend this seller to anyone.

    Electronic Express is an authorized dealer for all products we sell & every product carries full USA manufacturer's warranty.

    Return Policy

    All purchases* (see exceptions below) are returnable if unopened; within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping price even if you originally had free/promo shipping.

    A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original box w/ the UPC intact & the serial number on the product must match the manufacturer's box.

    *DirecTV / Installed Car Stereo / SAT Radio - We do not accept returns on DirecTV or any installed car stereo products.

    TV Return Policy:

    It Is Extremely Important You Inspect The Product For Damages Before The Driver Leaves. If your TV appears damaged refuse it. Once you sign for it or open the box you cannot claim in-transit damage. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service. Damaged claims after 24 hrs from date of delivery will not be accepted.

    TV's 42" & larger that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund (no exchanges). You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges. You must double box insure & the return shipment to cover possible damages or additional charges may apply. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.

    TV's over 42" cannot be returned & the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. Open the box immediately & inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document & contact us immediately to report the damage & file a claim.

    Defective Returns

    Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from date of delivery, except for TV's which are refund only. THE UPC MUST BE INTACT & SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise w/o a return authorization number will be refused.

    We reserve the right to test defective returns & impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

    ** following products are not covered under our 30 day defective return policy & will be covered soley by the manufacturers' warranty:

    All TVs larger than 42", Appliances, cell phones, Video Games & Consoles, car audio products, car stereo install parts, satellite products (DirecTV/SAT Radio) & HDTV Receivers. TVs 42" & up will be serviced by an authorized service center & if they cannot be repaired they will be replaced for the same model only by the manufacturer.

    Damaged Returns

    If your package appears damaged upon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact our customer service dept. Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

    Refusing Undamaged Packages

    In the event that you refuse your package, w/ the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product w/ promo shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
