Delivery was fairly quick but tried to contact seller numerous times by various methods and was either ignored or given a run around. Delivery was somewhat fast, delivery men were courteous and professional and stove is beautiful and in perfect condition so I gave 2 eggs.
Without going into the specifics of why I needed to contact the seller let me just say that I wanted to give a higher rating and would have if this seller would have been responsible and courteous and responded to my concerns. Instead every attempt for contact by myself and even by Newegg when they stepped in to help me was blown off and ignored. Very unprofessional to ignore a buyer's repeated attempts to talk to somebody when you're selling expensive products like this. Never did get to talk to anyone, nothing got resolved and I am left soured by this experience. I need to buy several other large appliances but I won't buy any of them (or anything else) from this seller and I don't recommend this seller to anyone.

Rating + 1 Bait and switch (to nothing)

It was clearly stated that a 250GB SSD was thrown in with the purchase of this monitor when I bought it...and that's part of the reason I chose to buy it here on Newegg. It never arrived so I contacted Newegg and they acted like no such deal existed.

Goodbye Newegg. I now have a story to pass on.

Rating + 1 I hope you don't need to make a return

The item arrived quickly and as pictured on the internet. Also seems like a brand new product, unopened. HOWEVER, the item wasn't compatible with my TV, so I needed to return it. I sent three (3) separate requests for an RMA # to return my item. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL REQUESTS. I got Newegg.com involved and they did nothing. Finally, I called the 888 number for Electronic Express and got the RMA # right away. They charge a 10% restocking fee if the package is opened, which mine was. CALL, don't email.

Rating + 5 Great Marketplace Seller

Item was shipped the same day as ordered. It arrived two days later, which is super fast. I actually didn't expect it, so I had to wait two more days for a FedEx re-delivery attempt to actually receive it. The monitor was also shipped in a second box with padding around the manufacturer's box, padded with large bubble wrap. All in all a great experience.

Is what I hear when requesting a RMA from seller. 2 emails sent and no response. Sent 3 emails to Newegg and have zero confidence it will be resolved. Especially when I send an email that states the cd player skips and get a response of " please specify the reason you want to return item ".

    Electronic Express is an authorized dealer for all products we sell & every product carries full USA manufacturer's warranty.

    Return Policy

    All purchases* (see exceptions below) are returnable if unopened; within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping price even if you originally had free/promo shipping.

    A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original box w/ the UPC intact & the serial number on the product must match the manufacturer's box.

    *DirecTV / Installed Car Stereo / SAT Radio - We do not accept returns on DirecTV or any installed car stereo products.

    TV Return Policy:

    It Is Extremely Important You Inspect The Product For Damages Before The Driver Leaves. If your TV appears damaged refuse it. Once you sign for it or open the box you cannot claim in-transit damage. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service. Damaged claims after 24 hrs from date of delivery will not be accepted.

    TV's 42" & larger that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund (no exchanges). You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges. You must double box insure & the return shipment to cover possible damages or additional charges may apply. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.

    TV's over 42" cannot be returned & the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. Open the box immediately & inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document & contact us immediately to report the damage & file a claim.

    Defective Returns

    Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from date of delivery, except for TV's which are refund only. THE UPC MUST BE INTACT & SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise w/o a return authorization number will be refused.

    We reserve the right to test defective returns & impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

    ** following products are not covered under our 30 day defective return policy & will be covered soley by the manufacturers' warranty:

    All TVs larger than 42", Appliances, cell phones, Video Games & Consoles, car audio products, car stereo install parts, satellite products (DirecTV/SAT Radio) & HDTV Receivers. TVs 42" & up will be serviced by an authorized service center & if they cannot be repaired they will be replaced for the same model only by the manufacturer.

    Damaged Returns

    If your package appears damaged upon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact our customer service dept. Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

    Refusing Undamaged Packages

    In the event that you refuse your package, w/ the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product w/ promo shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.

    Electronic Express does not price-match products sold on Newegg.com.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
