I have a problem with a purchase and I haven't had any response to emails that have been sent. They will not stand behind a warranty beyond 30 days or help you with it. The television I purchased we watched 4 times and now doesn't work. It was represented as having a 2 year warranty.

Rating + 1 Don't buy from this vendor

Would have given them a 0 egg if it was available. Bought an item that I didn't care for after I opened the box. Got an RMA which stated that I would be charged a 15 per cent restocking fee if the box was opened. After paying shipping and the restocking fee I would have been out half the price of the item with nothing to show. Newegg should screen the businesses that hide behind their name.

I have never had some many issues with a purchase in all of my years of doing business. This vendor is giving Newegg a bad reputation. I have been nothing but stressed out since the day I received my tablet (which took an absorbent amount of time) in that of itself). I have had nothing but problems with it, with no resolve from this vendor. Very poor service, no response. Originally I wanted to replace the tablet. Now I just want my money back. Buyer beware. Newegg should reconsider allowing them to use their good name.

Rating + 1 Don't waste your time or money

Ordered the wrong product by mistake and cancelled it IMMEDIATELY after ordering. They still sent the product in spite of the cancellation.

I sent 2 emails requesting information how to return it over the course of a week thinking I would get a response. Nope. Called them up and they said that they had sent me an authorization code to return the product (I never received this email).

I sent the product back with the authorization code and they have had it for multiple days according to the FedEx tracking number. After not receiving any email, phone call or other confirmation that my product was received and I would be refunded I had to call again today and was told the refund was being processed.

The lack of communication from the seller was extremely frustrating because I am still out $500 and am not sure when I will be getting it back.

One other thing...based off the tons of negative reviews of this seller I am confused as to why NewEgg continues to support them on this site...

Rating + 4 Great Product, Horrible Shipping.

I would have given 5 stars, but there primary shipping company, CEVA Logistics, was horrible. They literally lost the tv. When i called CEVA, they just said "sorry, maybe we shipped it somewhere else on accident." Needless to say, i wasnt impressed. I called electronic express, they answered the phone right away, got me to a manager who was more than helpful, and called me back as stated the following day with a resolution. The only reason they loose the star, is they need to replace CEVA. As to the other reviews stating a used or refurbished product, not the case here, this was a factory sealed, brand spanking new 60" LG LED TV. I will prder from them again as soon as they ditch CEVA LOGISTICS as there shipper.

I purchased two Dell tablets for the holidays for my family. They just didn't work as well as I though they would given the specs they had so I decided to return within 30 days of purchase. It has been almost two weeks since I requested return and I still have not received any word or instructions from seller. Very disappointed customer here.

Rating + 3 Bad Product, Good Service

I am giving them one star for the product I received and five stars for their customer service.

I ordered a cordless phone that arrived with a sticker over the opening that said, "Factory Inspected." That meant to me that it was an open box return or maybe even a refurbished product. Since it was not advertised as being anything but new, I called, explained my concerns, and said I wanted to return the product for a full refund and that I did not want to pay return shipping.

I immediately got an RA number and was emailed a pre-paid shipping label. I got my refund a week after I shipped the phone back to them.

    Electronic Express is an authorized dealer for all products we sell & every product carries full USA manufacturer's warranty.

    Return Policy

    All purchases* (see exceptions below) are returnable if unopened; within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping price even if you originally had free/promo shipping.

    A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original box w/ the UPC intact & the serial number on the product must match the manufacturer's box.

    *DirecTV / Installed Car Stereo / SAT Radio - We do not accept returns on DirecTV or any installed car stereo products.

    TV Return Policy:

    It Is Extremely Important You Inspect The Product For Damages Before The Driver Leaves. If your TV appears damaged refuse it. Once you sign for it or open the box you cannot claim in-transit damage. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service. Damaged claims after 24 hrs from date of delivery will not be accepted.

    TV's 42" & larger that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund (no exchanges). You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges. You must double box insure & the return shipment to cover possible damages or additional charges may apply. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.

    TV's over 42" cannot be returned & the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. Open the box immediately & inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document & contact us immediately to report the damage & file a claim.

    Defective Returns

    Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from date of delivery, except for TV's which are refund only. THE UPC MUST BE INTACT & SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise w/o a return authorization number will be refused.

    We reserve the right to test defective returns & impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

    ** following products are not covered under our 30 day defective return policy & will be covered soley by the manufacturers' warranty:

    All TVs larger than 42", Appliances, cell phones, Video Games & Consoles, car audio products, car stereo install parts, satellite products (DirecTV/SAT Radio) & HDTV Receivers. TVs 42" & up will be serviced by an authorized service center & if they cannot be repaired they will be replaced for the same model only by the manufacturer.

    Damaged Returns

    If your package appears damaged upon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact our customer service dept. Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

    Refusing Undamaged Packages

    In the event that you refuse your package, w/ the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product w/ promo shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.

    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
