Rating + 1 Unit could not be connected

Shipped without power supply and connection cabling. A connection diagram would have been useful also.

Through newegg's website, I have made 4 requests for a RMA for a out of the box defective item. I am still waiting on either a reply or a RMA.

Rating + 1 Lesson learned when dealing with 3rd party sellers

Purchased a Garmin BC-30 Wireless backup camera from Electronic Express through Newegg. It was a hassle when the device didn't work and I tried to return it. Electronic Express dragged their feet for the RMA process. Newegg had to get involved and Newegg had to issue the refund + shipping. Electronic Express would not acknowledge myself or return emails from Newegg. Hopefully, this was an isolated incident. In the future I will not be dealing with 3rd party sellers just Newegg. Take my story for what its worth just make sure to document everything.

Newegg and Electronic Express were NO help in getting it replaced. Poor customer service. We will be looking elsewhere for purchases for our business

Rating + 3 Received new product all manuals and materials included in great shape. The product works but not fully functional. Marked as non-refundable

My subwoofer outputs of this 5.2 system are not working properly. It can perform a system calibration but doesn't output sound during even playback of 5.1 content. Thought it was my cable at first but connected it to my 7.1 sony receivers and they work fine with all cables I have. Calling sony support because it is marked as non-refundable on newegg/electronic express. Very frustrating to have to try and wire my other receiver up and troubleshooting a receiver with tech support. Products should work right out of the box. Wishing I bought from a physical store

    Return Policy

    All purchases* (see exceptions below) are returnable if unopened; within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are not refundable. Upon returning merchandise you will incur the full shipping price even if you originally had free/promo shipping.

    A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to any opened merchandise that is not defective. All merchandise must be returned in the original box w/ the UPC intact & the serial number on the product must match the manufacturer's box.

    *DirecTV / Installed Car Stereo / SAT Radio - We do not accept returns on DirecTV or any installed car stereo products.

    TV Return Policy:

    It Is Extremely Important You Inspect The Product For Damages Before The Driver Leaves. If your TV appears damaged refuse it. Once you sign for it or open the box you cannot claim in-transit damage. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact customer service. Damaged claims after 24 hrs from date of delivery will not be accepted.

    TV's 42" & under that are sealed in the original manufacturer box (never opened) may be returned within 30 days for a refund (no exchanges). You will receive the purchase price less shipping charges. You must double box insure & the return shipment to cover possible damages or additional charges may apply. A fee will be charged for any items that were not returned.

    TV's over 42" cannot be returned & the warranty is to be handled thru the manufacturer. When your TV is delivered please inspect the TV for any obvious damage. Open the box immediately & inspect your TV. If the TV is damaged, have the driver note it on the delivery document & contact us immediately to report the damage & file a claim.

    Defective Returns

    Eligible defective products** may be returned for an exchange within 30 days from date of delivery, except for TV's which are refund only. THE UPC MUST BE INTACT & SERIAL NUMBER ON THE PRODUCT MUST MATCH THE SERIAL NUMBER ON THE ORIGINAL BOX. The product must be returned no later than 10 days from the receipt of your return authorization number. Any merchandise w/o a return authorization number will be refused.

    We reserve the right to test defective returns & impose a minimum 15% restocking fee if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

    ** following products are not covered under our 30 day defective return policy & will be covered soley by the manufacturers' warranty:

    All TVs larger than 42", Appliances, cell phones, Video Games & Consoles, car audio products, car stereo install parts, satellite products (DirecTV/SAT Radio) & HDTV Receivers. TVs 42" & up will be serviced by an authorized service center & if they cannot be repaired they will be replaced for the same model only by the manufacturer.

    Damaged Returns

    If your package appears damaged upon receipt simply refuse the shipment. If the shipping company has left & you realize that your package is damaged, immediately contact our customer service dept. Please note that due to the time constraints to file a shipping damage or loss claim, all shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

    Refusing Undamaged Packages

    In the event that you refuse your package, w/ the exception of damaged shipments, you will incur the full shipping price. If you ordered a product w/ promo shipping, you will still incur the full shipping price upon refusing the package.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
