I ordered a video cam from them 2 day air and get a voice mail that they want to upgrade it for a FEE ( no i said FEE not free ) so I try calling them at 3:30 that day and there closed, ok well try again tomorrow right i call again the next day well its almost closing time and on hold then the sound of a hang up on the other end 5 min after there closing time, and so now it's the day it was to be here I forget there eastern time, there closed, the day after I am to receive the cam I ask where is the cam at and his response is "hold please" after waiting on hold to talk to them for over 20 min I'm on hold again, he says " would you like to upgrade to the newer video camera?" I say no! then I get "well this one is a discontinued model and if I would like to upgrade" I say NO!" then he says "well this one is defective and that I will need to upgrade for $200 more" to make a long story short they mad me mad and did not offer to to upgrade for free,

After 2 weeks waiting and still no product or update on the order I am not very pleased with this seller. I am currently attempting to find out where my products are. Newegg shows the order shipped, however the seller has not shipped it. All I have is a UPS tracking number, which shows no product sent to their facility from the seller.

They sold me a broken Canon S110 camera. I called within days of receiving the camera to let them know the shutter wasn't working. They claimed that I broke it and that they couldn't replace it because of scratches on the screen. I sent photos of the screen with no scratches. These guys did not behave in a reputable fashion. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

Rating + 1 Sent wrong lens

I ordered a micro-4/3 lens; they sent a full-4/3 lens.

When I called them, they answered by another company name, and I asked if they were Photo-4-Now, and the rep did not know that name.

Also, I had tried to cancel my order right after placing it (on a Sunday; I talked to NewEgg CS), and Photo-4-Now went ahead and shipped it on Monday and did not respond to my cancellation request until Tuesday afternoon.
The reason I had tried to cancel it is the shipping terms were unclear; I paid extra for "Expedited Shipping (3-5 days)", but then when I placed the order it said processing would take 1-2 days, and I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for my trip on Saturday.

It turns out it arrived on Wednesday, which was good, but since it was the wrong lens, it really didn't help.
When I called, they asked if I wanted to do an Exchange; I said yes but only if you can have the replacement to me on Friday.
They refused to cross-ship a replacement; said I had to send in for RMA first.

Order arrived a couple of days late, yet item was in perfect condition. If you are not in a hurry to get a product Photo-4-Now provides excellent service at a great price.

Rating + 1 Very disappointing.

Do not buy a GoPro from these people. Received mine with serial number missing. Could not update camera or change any settings. Took a while for them to respond to my initial e-mail. Had to e-mail and talk to GoPro for over a week before I could use my camera. The camera turned out to be a used product having the wifi set up under someones' ID and password and had been updated to new firmware. They said they would replace the unit but I do not want to wait another week to receive and a week on top of that to get new serial number because they remove them. They also wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee when I asked to return for a full refund even though they sent me a used GoPro. On top of the horrible service the same bundle went on sale literally 2-3 days after I made the purchase and despite everything I went through they wouldn't honor their new price. A month later yea i understand but just a few days? Bull. I made the mistake don't do the same.

Rating + 1 Disappointed - Slow Processing

Ordered on Saturday, 2/15. Order took until 2/21 to actually process and get shipped. 5-7 days shipping is evidently not a reality with this company. More like 10-14 days. Order is now scheduled for delivery on 2/28. Not acceptable when other sellers are much more expedient. I will not be purchasing from Photo-4-Now again.

RMA Policy
    Return Policy For the first 30 days of your purchase, you can return merchandise for a refund or an exchange minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping cost. You must include the original packaging and the item must be in NEW condition. Items and packing must not be marred, mishandled, or tampered with by an unauthorized repair person. All returns must include the item's original undamaged packaging and instructions. Returns must also include the blank warranty card where applicable.
