Rating + 1 inaccurate listing and terrible communication

Ordered a Canon SL1 and received the grey market version with the wrong lens (9/7). I emailed them the same day i received the item, 9/9 received an email to send some pics and that the camera is the "twin." One problem is if any warranty work is needed who knows where might actually service these. I replied to the email the same day I received it with requests pictures. 9/16 I sent another email because i didn't get anything back on the camera, and called them during their "hours" but the message said they were closed (1:30pm MDT). 9/19 i received an email that made it sound like they had no idea there was an issue in the first place. So i called, this time i got Jessica, she was very nice and saw there was an RMA started and helped to get everything setup to send back. She had said they had the right camera and lens in stock and had even seen them her self. I sent it back to them only to get a refund, the refund is fine...... but i was expecting the correct item to be sent out not a refund.
BUYER BEWARE grey market seller that lists as if they are the US version. They may not have any tech differences but warranties are a nightmare with grey market.

I was a bit worried reading the bad reviews after placing an order for an expensive camera. This arrived indeed unsealed, like other customers complained, but there were no signs of a seal anyway, it looks like the box never had a seal. The camera was untouched and in perfect working condition. I think the seller should mention that the boxes have no seal. The shipping was a bit slow.

Stay away from this seller. I ordered the Nikon D7200 kit with 18-140 lense and i received an open box the lense was in a different white box. I contacted photo 4 now and the man i spoke with (super rude) told me they open all the cameras to make sure it has all the accessories. If this is a new camera like they claim it is then all the accessories should be in the box. Later i spoke with Lauren she was nice she told me they open the boxes to replace the accessories and plugs because they sell to other countries. They also told me this camera is the USA version, but I live in the U.S so there is no need to open the box or replace any accessories. These people sell gray market products and they advertise it as USA versions. They swear they are brand new, but they send open boxes. Shady seller. I had to involve Newegg and i returned the camera. Stay away from this seller unless you dont mind getting an open box as a "NEW" item. And if you want to get an import instead of the USA version get it somewhere else who has good customer service and dont lie about their products. STAY AWAY!!!!!

If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I order a Typhoon Q500 4K Drone and received and absolute DUD! I was unable to use it at all! I have been trying to contact Photo-4-Now for over a week with only 1 initial response asking a non-relevant question. I am fighting with them (not exactly, that would require someone on their end rebutting) to get a refund -I paid $800 for a DOA drone. Customer service is atrocious, I have involved Newegg so we shall see what comes of this. If I do not get this resolved soon, I will be contacting the BBB and taking ALL of my business to A M A Z O N from here on out. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!

My first time buying from this seller. I bought a Panasonic GH4 camera. Everything was great till I got my package, when I opened is like they sent me an old camera, and used or refurnished one. I called them and told what happened, Patrick told me they will send me a return label and as soon as they get my package, they will inspected and send me a new one or refund my money. I sent the camera on Thursday and they got it on Friday. I called Patrick again and told him they return department received my order and I asked how long would it take to send me a new one, he said 1-2 business days. When I got to work on Monday, my package arrived 10 min later, this time it was brand new. excellent conditions. I wasn't expecting it till Wednesday or Thursday. I was surprise. I don't give them a 5 stars because of my first package, but I give them a 4 stars because of the fast service. Hopefully I will buy from them again and I hope they do everything right the first time so they get 5 stars.

Rating + 1 buyer be ware

Watch out if you are buying from this vendor. I ordered it and my order came missing most of the extras that are specified in the description. After ignoring my complaints for nearly two weeks the lousy vendor shipped them via Fed -Ex slow-mo so that I got the missing parts one day after the fourth of July holiday that I originally bought this for. I ordered on 6/8.

Here is the kicker. One of the parts, The WU-1A unit, that they shipped to me to came as a open package and it is missing pieces as well.

Newegg needs to screen vendors better. This reflects poorly on them as well.

This was the best deal I found on the Internet for this great camera.
The camera was exactly as described. i was worried that it might be a refurb or something worse for this price.
It was brand new in a factory sealed box.

Rating + 1 Avoid Photo4Now like the PLAGUE....!!

Deserve negative ratings, had it been possible.
The manner in which Photo4Now handled this situation is highly unprofessional. If the item was out of stock, it shouldn't have been listed. Even after listing, they took 4 business days to confirm my order, and sent me a tracking number which said that the order had shipped. The tracking number never went active, and that is when I suspected something. I was unable to contact the seller, even after several attempts. It took repeated attempts by Newegg to finally reach them. After all this, my order was cancelled.
Camera ordered on June 2nd.
Order Confirmed and supposedly shipped on June 8. Tracking number sent via email, though newegg doesn't list any tracking info.
At the time of writing this review (8pm, June 14, 2016), the product is still listed as in stock, my order was cancelled couple of hours ago.

Rating + 1 I would give a ZERO if I could, and it STILL wouldn't be low enough!

I placed this order on 4/29/16 and paid for 2 day shipping. 6 week later, I still do not have it. I will say that it was not Photo 4 Nows fault, it was fed ex but they Photo 4 Now has not attempted to help get it resolved. Fed ex apparently delivered this to the wrong place. I contacted them to file a claim and they told me that the shipper would have to be the one to file. I contacted Photo 4 Now and told them and they refused to file a claim, stating it was a 'waste of their time'. I once again contacted fed ex and they said that they would have to have a release from photo 4 now stating that they would not file a claim and they could refund me the money. I have done all of the ground work and all they have to do is send the letter. Have they?? Nope!
I called them (photo 4 now) and spoke with the rudest guy that I have ever possibly talked to. He would not stop talking over me, and didn’t want me to get a word in. All I need them to do is what I asked below. Fed Ex is going to send me a check for the item, but they need a release waiver sent to him so he can get it to me. The seller has to be the one to send him the letter, just short and simple, saying it is ok for the payment to be released to me. Then this will all be over.

The man I spoke with at Photo 4 Now told me he has never heard of fed ex settling an insurance claim and suggested that I do a charge back through my bank??? Really? That would be causing both New Egg and my bank to take a hit, just because they do not want to email fed ex a release. IIt has now been almost 2 months that I have been looking for resolution. I know NE has great standards, and I would HATE for a company such as Photo 4 Now to continue to make you look bad. I would suggest banning them as a marketplace seller. They have no sense of customer service. Oh and just so you know, the phone number that photo 4 now puts on their email is not even theirs.
Photo 4 Now has fought me every step of the way. I am not going to wait much longer before taking the next step and sending letter so consumer affairs and the BBB. If that doesn't get a resolution, I will have to go to court I assume. This is no small amount of money, at least not to me anyway. They cannot treat customers like this and get away with it. If you are reading this and have had a problem with this company, please message me. If you are reading this and considering ordering from them, DON'T!!!! Read other reviews, they have several where either they sent the wrong item, it wasn't as described, or not received at all! I am not alone in my views on Photo 4 Now!

Rating + 2 Poor Seller

The advertised product was different than what they were selling. After I received the package, I called them and they agreed to send the rest of the products, but had to replace a case with a different case. Two weeks later I called again because I hadn't received anything, the person I talked to tried to find out why the rest of the stuff hadn't shipped and said I would have a tracking number by the end of the working day and it would be 2 day shipped. Two days later I called again because I hadn't received anything again. This time I talked to Laura, she was awesome. She walked to the packaging department and boxed everything up for me and sent it overnight. Laura is the only reason this place gets two stars and not one.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2.
