Shipping date was same date as purchase. Only seven days of transit from Hong Kong to my East Coast doorstep. Product is stable and works as described.

You will need to wait a few more days for your shipment. Products are first rate. What really stands out was the loving care with which my item was packed. I hated to tear it apart.

The only reason I rated the experience so poorly is because I ordered the parts on 4/25/13 and haven't received them yet. Generally I have had a good experience with newegg.

sorry to hear about this, I have checked the online status in usps .com, we shipped this out on 26 Apr , ( 25 Apr your time is 26 Apr our time). It arrived San Francisco on 2 May 2013. But it left San Francisco only on 7 May. Most probably I think is customs inspection. and it was delivered to PITTSBURGH, PA 15213 on 10 May 2013. We complainted to USPS, hope to see what caused this longer and longer delivery time. We are trying to find a way to make the delivery faster, as we already most customers like our products, but problem is always on the delivery.

This device works as advertised. It was shipped from overseas. So it took a very long time to get to me. Over the ten to fifteen days promised. I advise Newegg carry them locally. Probably would be cheaper that way, and sell more too. This is my first low rated review, based on time it takes to receive the product. Other than that, no complaint. Thanks for reading.

Order placed noon Friday in US took 11 days because it was already Saturday at shipping point (HongKong.)

Sedna ships US Mail which is lame compared to UPS.

We will try to talk with UPS or Fedex see if they can offer some good rate for us so we can keep the logistic cost low and with a higher speed of delivery

all the sedna products i ordered worked good for me but newegg does not stock them an will be shipped from china which takes about 2 weeks to get. its a shame newegg don't stock this manufactures products that don't cost much to keep in stock. a word of caution, newegg is allowing others to sale there products on there website so I be real careful when ordering to find out where the products is being shipped from. if theres a problem with other products from other manufactures, there might be a lot of red tape to get fixed or replaced. if I had a problem, I proberly had to ship the product back to china to get a replacement that would of took a month or more to get back a replacement.

Product is good, but shipping from oversea takes a while. Why not warehouse in U.S. so I can get it in 1-2 days instead of 1-2 weeks??? Phone support is also in oversea. The product is use for business, we need solution right away, not 2 weeks from now!

Very slow delivery with no tracking available. Packing is too light for the long trip from China. No documentation provided in package and none available online.

We ship the order normally within 24-36 hours. We did put the tracking number online, but seems newegg system can not show it. In case anybody can not see the tracking information, please go to usps .com to track it with the tracking number we posted online. We did inform the newegg IT department before to ask them to solve this. USPS is one of the official shipper in their system. We make the light weight purposely, we used lot of bubble sheet to protect the item to make it safe and same time keep the low weight. We are selling this item cheapest in newegg, and should be also one of those with the best quality and feed back. We want customers to have the best value, not to waste the money in logistics expenses. Anyway, we will improve on this as well Sedna HK
