Sold me a product they did not have in stock and even sent an email confirmation that it had shipped. When in fact the item was not even in stock. Had to file a Paypal claim to get Newegg or Altatac to even respond.

Item arrived on time and in 100% condition. I was not able to track my item due to "No Information Available" message associated with my tracking # up to and including the day it was delivered. I hope this review eliminates this problem.

Ordered one item on 11/20/12 and never received it. Now I am trying to get my money refunded.
I would not recommend Altatac and am going to limit what I buy from newegg since they are not helping with the issue.

If not for Newegg standing behind them, I probably wouldn't have given them the opportunity, so I'm VERY glad I did! Item was shipped quickly, was well packed and arrived without delay... what more could one ask! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them, again, and would certainly recommend them!

The advertised expiration date was accurate and the item shipped shortly after purchase. The packaging was discreet and simple. My only complaint is that the product's paper seal was a little damaged. However, that was only superficial damage and the product itself was in perfect condition. Also it's possible that the damage to the seal was due to the shipping service and not Altatac.
