My it sheet set come in without any invoice so when I need to return it I had to go searching for on line back at where i bought it. It was also stuff in a smaller box.but It work out.

Rating + 1 Sales scam - terrible quality product, mislabeled.

I bought 1500 TC Egyptian Cotton Quality Sheets from LA Home Gear. The word "quality" there doesn't mean high quality - it means they aren't 1500TC and not Egyptian Cotton, but "like" 1500tc Egyptian cotton....Not even close. They were 100% Polyester sheets that you could literally see straight through they were so cheaply made. As we tried to put them on the bed, the entire fitted sheet literally ripped in half... so that's no longer "like new" and therefore not eligible for return. I had to throw them straight in the trash. I didn't expect false advertising from an American company backed by a name like Newegg. Apparently quality standards have gone out the window. I learned my lesson... buyers beware!

Rating + 2 Not For a QQueen

This thing was 4 inches shorter wide and tall. It's also very very thin. Not happy with this thing. Pillows and the cases were fine. Everything was sewn together and looked like the picture is why I gave it 2 eggs.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
