Rating + 1 Poor Customer Sevices

I wanted to return an item because there were some scratches in the back and they won't let me return it. Very poor customer service and this is not the way to do business. I have 30 days to return the item and I did not like the TV and would like to return it.

Rating + 2 Not quite what I thought.

Shipping was pretty quick. However I feel the item I bought was slightly misrepresented. While the headset does look like what I got, I was expecting it to be Steelseries brand. There is no mention of the sttelseries brand anywhere on the packaging or the headset itself. Even though listing very prominently says "STEELSERIES"

Rating + 2 several issues

1) They sent me the wrong product
2) The wrong product was used/refurbished
3) They did respond promptly to my request to return the incorrect used item, but would not pay for the shipping back to them, even though they state that they would on their fine print.
4) They stated that they did not even sell the item that I wanted to purchase, and thought I purchased, even though I have email receipts and paper receipts that confirm that they listed the item.

I am waiting for my money to be refunded in addition to the shipping costs for me to send the item back.

Have never had a seller email me before and let me know to return product if not completely happy with its performance and to let them know if I am not happy with them.
Has not been 30 days yet, but so far I am completely satisfied with product (refurbished 9 inch Sylvania portable television) and have no regrets about the purchase or the seller.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
