Rating + 2 BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

After waiting 2 weeks I checked on my order because the tracking number was not recognized by any shipping company....after calling, they claimed it was out of stock....still waiting for my refund. Be Careful.

Worst ever! Shipped the item to a wrong location! I'm in Utah, but item got shipped to Arizona, what a joke! Cant imagine how this happened!

No backlog, just slothful? It took 13 days on a 3-day delivery. I understand a day or two for processing, but 10 days extra?

Rating + 4 Long wait after order verification but it shipped

I got a little nervous when the status appeared stuck without charging me or shipping for nearly a week. When it finally changed to "shipped" I was prepared to wait another week, which would have been OK, but in fact it came the next day. I would give the seller five stars if the status had been updated sooner. It actually shipped pretty fast.

Rating + 4 For an overseas seller...

Overall it was a good experience, I was able to track the package all the way to my door. It had a little bit of a delay while going through customs but I imagine all foreign items must be searched so I can't hold them accountable. There was an issue with the item I purchased, though I really don't want to go through the hassle of fighting over an 8$ product. Overall, I'd buy from them again, though I'd make sure to do more research on the product I'm buying.
