I bought an IP camera. When I received it, there was no documentation, and I could not figure out how to get it working properly. I reached out to the seller for tech support and/or a refund, no response. Don't waste your money...go with someone more reputable.

ordered, charged, then got a short, curt email that said "so sorry but you cant have one" What I believe is they put in the wrong price and backed out. I have the companies name and will never order from them again. NEW EGG you should take note and drop them..

Seller contacted me in regard to keeping the product with a 8 dollar refund, I agree but there is no refund. I will end up sending the product back to the seller as I will not want my RMA expired within 14 days

Rating + 5 Great follow up on bad screen

I have to update on my problem with my last scree, after writing my review, I received a response within 24 hr and not only did they "Easierbuy" replace my screen they followed up almost daily to make sure I was taken care of and if everything was working. I cant brag on them enough. way to go guys you went above and beyond. got to give a shout out to Karmen from easierby who made sure I was taken care of.

Rating + 1 BAD Iphone lcd and digitizer

( Order #206690144 ) I bought this item, 1 x LCD & Digitizer Touch Screen For Black Apple iPhone 4 Verizon CDM and wanted to rate it and the item is no longer sold by these guys, after installing it a white ring formed after reseating the connections I still had a white ring, after ordering a second lcd and digitizer thea was also bad, I installed a old cracked lcd and it worked just fine so it was not me or the phone, I then bought a 3rd from a local dealer and it worked just fin. I have requested a rma and still waiting, and have to ask my self is it worth it to pay to ship the old one back just to wait to install it when some one breaks there iphone just to find out it to does not work and now i have had it to long to get it replaced or refund, probley best to suck it up and just write this one off. Ill update you on what happens
