Rating + 1 Terrible 1st purchase

I ordered the right power adapter but received the wrong adapter. Discount Batt wants me to pay for return shipping instead of sending me a return label. This is there error, not mine. I should not have to pay a dime. Not only that, now I have to wait for newegg to process my refund after Discount Batt receives the returned power adapter.

Rating + 1 WARNING! Had to pay postage due!

Seller underpaid for shipping forcing me to drive to the post office and pay to have the package released. Newegg's profile calls them a "well established technology company" but the listed phone number does not even work. Probably not a company that should be representing the Newegg name. Newegg Customer Service was helpful in the situation.

Rating + 1 Sent me a dead battery.

I wish I paid attention to the reviews. I didn't have time to waste sending the bad battery back to the manufacturer and then wait for a new one, so I'll never know of this store actually has batteries that work. I'm sad that Newegg does business with bogus stores.

Rating + 1 Postage due shipping practices

They shipped the item postage due and the seller, "Superb Chioce", refused to do anything until I took pictures of the delinquent postage notice and had paid for their mistake by accepting the shipment. This has cost me time and money - Stay away from these people!!

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
