Standard Return Policy
1. In the rare occasion that you receive a defective or malfunctioning item, you may return the product for a refund or exchange within 7 days starting from the day the package was delivered to the address on file with Amazon. It must be returned to us within 30 days of its delivery to you for this policy to apply.

4. Refunds will only be given if we are contacted within 30 days from the date of delivery to the address in the USA.
5. A Return merchandise authorization number (RMA) is required for all returns and can be obtained from our customer service. Packages without an RMA number will not be processed for a refund or exchange.
6. All other returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This includes unwanted items and accidental orders.
7. The price of the product is refundable, shipping charges are never refundable.
8. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
9. You must provide us with a return tracking number.
10. We accept no responsibility for items lost or damaged in return transit.
11. Refunds are only processed to the initial payment method, no refunds what so ever on gift cards.
12. All damaged items, dead on arrival & shortage claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery or the claim may be voided.
13. All Free shipping items will be shipped on economic class; Buyer should make sure you would accept it before merchandise delivered. After delivery, we are no responsibility for items lost.
DMI offers only fine quality merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. At your request, we will issue you a credit back to your account, or exchange the merchandise.

Your return must meet the all criteria or it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
