If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason at all, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date the package was delivered and we will either exchange your purchase, or provide you with a refund minus shipping charges.
All *returned merchandise requires a Return Authorization (RA) and must be returned in the original package and in brand new condition with no signs of wear. To receive your (RA), Please email our customer service department at email@example.com or call us toll free 1-800-807-1792. All packages must be returned within 10 days from the date of authorization.
*returned merchandise without a RA# will be subject to a %15 restocking fee.
Returns need to be carefully packed.

So For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with either the US Postal Service or UPS) for the full value of the product. We prefer it to be shipped back in the same box we shipped it to you and Securely sealed. Please include a copy of your original invoice along with a note explaining what you would like us to do (return, exchange or modify).

What is considered a special order :
1. Any alterations to an item, example a different Color, size, shape or colored stone, other than what's displayed on-line, is considered a special order.
2. Our bracelets are standard 7 inches in length. Bracelets ordered in a length shorter than 7 inches or longer than 7 inches are considered a special order.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
