Rating + 1 Pink sapphire earrings

They were way too big & heavy. Waiting for a refund, but it is not easy. They make it tough for you to get it done! The earrings were not in a box, just a pocket cloth & plastic wrap. Just want $62.99 refunded. They are not very helpful & friendly.

Jewelslovers didn't send me what I had ordered and communication for RMA was non-existent with seller. I had to push Newegg to get Jewelslovers to start a RMA process, I shipped the return package certified confirmation and its been a month and a few days. I still have NOT received my refund. This is really unacceptable, not only did they mess up my order but they're not making the effort to correct their mistake. I will never order from them again. This was a horrible experience

Rating + 3 Good deals, odd packaging

My purchase from these guys came as it was advertised on the Egg. However I do question the odd packaging used. Considering I ordered a pair of CZ studs, the box it was shipped in was big enough to ship a spice rack in. The package was shipped by postal service, but upon opening the box, a UPS shipping bag was inside. Opening this revealed a tiny bag with the studs rolling loosely inside. Considering that this jewelry purchase was greater than $15, I would have like the studs to be shipped in a jewelry box, not a tiny bag.

I'm not bashing the studs because they were beautiful. I do question the shipping methods, hence the 3 egg rating.

    If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason at all, simply return it to us within 30 days from the date the package was delivered and we will either exchange your purchase, or provide you with a refund minus shipping charges.
    All *returned merchandise requires a Return Authorization (RA) and must be returned in the original package and in brand new condition with no signs of wear. To receive your (RA), Please email our customer service department at or call us toll free 1-800-807-1792. All packages must be returned within 10 days from the date of authorization.

    *returned merchandise without a RA# will be subject to a %15 restocking fee.

    What is considered a special order :
    1. Any alterations to an item, example a different Color, size, shape or colored stone, other than what's displayed on-line, is considered a special order.
    2. Our bracelets are standard 7 inches in length. Bracelets ordered in a length shorter than 7 inches or longer than 7 inches are considered a special order.

    Product warranty remains in effect on all special orders

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
