Rating + 1 Terrible customer service!

The problem I had was NOT with was with the third party UnbeatableSales! They DO NOT answer phones, they DO NOT respond to email either! Even NewEgg customer service attempted contacting UnbeatableSales without success! I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM UNBEATABLE SALES AGAIN! It took almost a month to get my refund for the order which I was able to find on another website and received the item in 2 days!

Rating + 1 Never Received Product or Refund

Ordered the Royal-White and Navy-White on 8/2/2016. Received the Royal-White within a few days. Never received the Navy-White. Never heard from seller about Navy-White umbrella. Contacted seller on 8/16/2016 asking for a status on Navy-White umbrella. On 8/18/2016 seller responded it was back ordered and I would receive a refund. The same day I asked if I could receive a second Royal-White instead. I never heard back from seller. Today is 9/29/2016 and I have yet to receive a refund or additional umbrella from seller. I would not order from this seller again. Newegg has been great in assisting with this issue.

Rating + 1 Nonexistent customer service extremely slow to ship

Why did it take 18 days from the order date 8/22 to 9/8 to ship as per the UPS tracking number 1Z1011AF0369599991. And then a week to arrive, way too long and no response to both of my email requests for shipping info. Customer service is nonexistent to say the least. I only regret that Newegg keep you on their website.

Rating + 1 Worst online purchase experience I've had

I would not recommend this seller to anyone. I purchased a keyboard/mouse combo from unbeatablesale with 5-7 day shipping, and paid for the shipping. They didn't process my order until 5 days later. They still hadn't shipped my order 34 days later at which point I requested a refund. NewEgg was as helpful as they could be, but unbeatablesale was the opposite. They sent me one email when NewEgg prompted them, and would not respond to my own emails. They have no way of contact on their own website besides an international phone number I couldn't call.

I ordered and paid for 2, got only 1. Called Unbeatable sales directly. "someone will look into it and get back to you". Never heard a thing. Called Newegg a week later kept getting "we will submit a 24 hour request on it, If you haven't heard anything in 48 hours contact us." Two weeks after my first call to Unbeatable, and still waiting for someone to get back to me, the 2nd item, or a refund. From now on I will only order from a seller that actually stocks the item in their own warehouse, and doesn't farm it out to a 3rd party. Funny they didn't give that information out when I ordered. So much for the Newegg Marketplace. Never again.

Rating + 1 Horrible purchasing experience.

Horrible seller to deal with. They sent me half of what was ordered. I requested an RMA and it's taking over a month to try to get my money back, still an on going process. DO NOT DEAL with this seller! Newegg Marketplace team is not much help either. Overall a horrible purchasing experience on Newegg.

Rating + 1 VERY frustrating and disappointing experience

Ordered June 21st, received delivery confirmation e-mail on June 24th, although tracking number was blank. Followed up with UnbeatableSales through NewEgg on July 9th to find out where the item was. Received a prompt reply saying they would look into it, but never heard anything after that. July 14th received a flurry of e-mails. First stated that I had requested to return the item and they were providing me an RMA. Within moments received a second e-mail stating that their returns warehouse had received the returned item from me. Hours later got a third e-mail indicating my charge would be refunded.

I NEVER received the item, and I would still like to receive it. It was recently discontinued so I was happy to find it, and in the intervening time I have lost out the chance to purchase it elsewhere since I do not desire to pay the 400+% markup that the only remaining valid searches on-line turn up for it.

Since I no longer heard back from UnbeatableSale and was not sure if I should attempt to re-order I contacted NewEgg. They were able to find out that UnbeatableSale does not have the item. I find it very frustrating that UnbeatableSale indicated they had shipped an item they did not have, that they could not inform me themselves of the situation, and with the e-mails make it look like they had help up their end of the sale but that I was the one requesting a refund when this is NOT the case.

In order to receive proper credit on your return, please contact us for an RA. Once you receive an RA all items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RA or without the RA # on it, a restocking fee will be applied. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
