I placed my order on Aug 27th, Order didn't process till the 1st.
Still being shipped. I even payed extra for shipping. We needed these parts a.s.a.p that is why we paid extra.
Seller Response:Order was placed at 7 PM on August 27, after shipping hours. Order was processed and shipped within 2 business days, and the customer had by Wednesday, September 3, arriving within the shipping timeframe requested by the customer.

Rating + 1 Bad business

So here I am... 11 days later and still no product. They'll say this and they'll say that but in the end they're just talk. They have great communication and fast replies but they take no action. When they ship the items you ordered to you the package will contain the correct number of items but the items will not be what you ordered and will be of lesser value.
Seller Response:Customer contacted us indicating the wrong item was received. Information was requested of the customer, but never received. We made another attempt to receive the information to address their issue, but the customer never responded. Unfortunately, it's difficult to address concerns without receiving information to resolve their concerns.

Received package within a week. Good actually, considering it was shipped first from Asia. Doc one star because its from Asia and average shipping time is 5-15 business days.
Seller Response:Item shipped from California, so not sure why the customer thought it came from Asia. Shipped on 6/2 and was delivered on 6/6.

Rating + 1 Product Ordered Not Sent!

Ordered specific product via Newegg what I receive was a no name product that does not work. First time to order product through what Newegg indicated is reliable seller. As a computer tech that build repairs servers, custom computers I find this to have been a very costly incident. Wasted 5 hours of my time trying to get the device to work in 2 separate computers. My time is valued at $75.00 per hour. Just stating the facts. Not a happy camper will be getting refund of my purchase.
Seller Response:Customer received the item they ordered. Once we were made aware of the issue, we took care of the customer, and they were fully refunded.

Rating + 1 Poor shipping & customer service

The item I ordered arrived in pieces because of insufficient packaging...report the problem & asked for a replacement but never even got a reponse. Very disappointed.
Seller Response:Customer e-mailed us at 5:05 PM. We responded at 6:34 PM, and it's obvious the customer did not receive our response. They later e-mailed us again after a few days indicating they'd already purchased a replacement. As a result, we issued a full refund, and had the replacement we had sent returned to us.

Rating + 4 Excellent Customer Service

Giving this seller 4 Stars due to a small issue with a wrong model number of the item that was shipped. I contacted the seller and they shipped the correct item the same day and even sent it overnight shipping. The fact that they accidently sent the wrong item was a small inconvenience, but the fact they made is right as soon as they did and overnighted it to me made it well worth it. I would buy from this company again and again with that kind of customer service.

Rating + 2 Took forever

The shipping took a full week extra with the same shipping time as another product I ordered in the same order. The only difference was the seller.
Seller Response:Customer's order was placed on 12/27. Order shipped on 12/29. Due to holidays, and the fact that it was traveling from California to LANCASTER, MA via UPS ground does take 5 business days. Customer did not request expedited shipping, and the item arrived was it was advertised to.

    What is our return policy?

    clickhere2shop is proud to be able to offer a 30 day return policy for
    purchases made through clickhere2shop as well as through partner channels.
    To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened and returned within
    30 days of delivery. Opened or used products may be eligible for a partial
    refund of up to 80% of the purchase price. Products returned after 30 days
    of delivery are eligible for replacement or exchange only.

    Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are refunded without
    penalty only if the received item was defective, damaged at the time of
    receipt, or if the incorrect item(s) has been received. If a product is
    returned for any other reason, original shipping costs are not refunded,
    even if the original order included free shipping. Orders that are

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
