This is the first time I've used one of the vendors associated with Newegg, and I doubt I will again. I ordered The Shiseido Lip Crayon in LC2. What I received was a crinkled, obviously opened LC2 box with an LC1 crayon inside (scraped up).

When I brought this to their attention, they asked if I wanted a replacement product or a refund. (If they'd had the product in good shape, wouldn't they have sent it to me?) I asked for a refund.

Send in the RMA refund request to Perfume Emporium on 9/14. Still waiting.

Received an email with a tracking number that turned out not to be correct. Called and received the correct number and tracked it "to the door". Product was correct and delivered in a timely manner. Will buy from them again.

Fast response, fast shipping.

Products were shipped in great packaging and were genuine. Will buy again from this seller.

I placed an order a month ago and still have not received it.

I ordered a product on 3/8. It was summarized and acknowledged on 3/14. On 3/15 I received an email stating my money was being refunded. There was NO comunication or explaination of why. I searched a long time to locate this product. This is an example of really shabby business. I would never do business with nor ever recommend newegg.com to anyone.

They sent me the wrong perfume. Their return/replacement policy states that in cases of return/replacement, you are to include a note about the reason for the return, how you want it handled, and pay for shipping yourself. I included a note that said, "You sent me the wrong perfume. I would like the one I ordered and my shipping charges refunded. Your replacement policy is bu!!$hi+ Shelley O'Brien."

There was no phone number to call, or really much more information offered when I was trying to figure out how to handle this. I cannot believe that a company would be so arrogant as to expect me to foot the bill for their mistake.

My money was refunded. And I am still without the perfume I ordered. Which is not how my note said to handle this situation.

I have been buying this perfume from Perfume Emporium for the last 6 years. The last two purchases (including this one) have had to be online via Newegg, because they no longer sell the big bottle in the mall stores.

Great Job. I never expected New Egg to sell cologne (especially an older variety), but they really came through.

Before I placed my order with thru Newegg I emailed customer service and ask if seller surely has an item i was about to purchased. I was advised by Newegg customer service that you check the items your vendors sell in real time and yes, the seller has it. So I placed my order with my account 28859556 and almost three weeks later my order never came. Further more, your credited back my CC after I wasked where is my order.
