The watch I bought for my bf had a few small scratches on its face when it arrived.
They replaced it without a hassle. Would use them again and recommend to friends. Shipping is kind of slow but that's not their fault.

Ordered my item on 4-24 and received it on 4-26! Considering it went from RI to AZ (all the way across the country) and was packed beautifully! The item was in perfect condition. They shipped it better packaged and faster then NewEgg themselves! I am truly impressed (and if you've read my other reviews, you know how rarely that ever happens). I wish all MarketPlace sellers were like Ashford!

Excellent service. I ordered a couple watches over a holiday weekend that lasted for 3 or 4 days. I was worried I would lose out on the great pricing. Not only did they sell me the watches at the price I wanted, but I got my watches before the second business day was done! Super fast and carefully packed!

I never expected to open the shipping box and see what this beautifully packaged item sitting there... All I had to do was take out the reciept, wrap the shipping box and BAM (she'll be dazed)! Great job Ashford (and Newegg) great partnership!
