Rating + 1 DO NOT Buy from Watchgrabber! Defective products

Avoid at all costs. A new Movado watch was broken in less than 6 months. No replacement is made available. Instead you can choose to pay to ship for repair and wait 2+ months. Then you also have to pay for return shipping. Poor Customer service!!!! It is not worth the discount!!!!!
Seller Response:Thank you for your order. We apologize that your watch broke within the first 6 months however we did have it fixed and shipped back to you at our expense within 1 week of return. The customers responsibility to have a watch returned for repair service is the industry wide standard and is used by the manufacturers as well!

Rating + 2 Sells used merchandise

While the watch was nice, the warranty was not honored by Citizen because the seller was not an authorized reseller. But worse was that the watch had obviously been opened and had the protective labels removed, the crystal had gunk stuck to it, and the box had the UPC code cut from the flap and was worn looking. Watch Grabber put their own 2 year (instead of the Citizen 5yr.) warranty card, but you can't send it to Citizen. They lied in their advertizement. Don't buy from Watch Grabber. This was a graduation gift and it was too late to return it without a problem, so my finger are crossed that there are no problems.

I was very hesistant to buy because of previous reviews but am so glad I did l. The watch came 5 days early and in excellent condition the face was even wrapped to prevent scratches. Beyond pleased with this seller and service.

Rating + 1 Have not received, seller shipped one week late

Seller never sent until one week later, still haven't received it, printed label after I ordered but never dropped it off to ups until a week later according to tracking info. Will never order from again.
Seller Response:Thank you for your order. We apologize for the delay however this order was actually shipped the day after it was ordered. Unfortunately, there was no UPS ground pickup from the 24th until Monday the 29th. In addition to that, UPS is reporting "Severe weather conditions have delayed delivery." While we understand your frustration, we do hope you understand that Watchgrabber was not at fault for these delays.

I have paid for 2nd day shipping but did not received it till 6 calendar day. I have sent the seller a message with no reply for 3 days.
Seller Response:Thank you for your order. Your order was placed over the weekend when our warehouse is closed. The order was shipped out first thing on Monday with the requested shipping and do to a UPS error was delayed one day. We do apologize for this however we did everything we could to ensure your package was handled properly.

Rating + 2 The Watch

I received the the watch that appeared to be in new condition, but it had the seller's tag attached to it, missing the display glass protection that normally come with all Citizen watches and it wouldn't sync the time as per specification for this watch.

Rating + 4 Great Watch But.....

Great watch. Love the Eco Drive watches. The problem is that it's a diving watch like good to 300 feet or something like that. It comes with a "leather" watch band. Huh ? And it's really hard to find a watch band that fits that doesn't cost over $30 dollars. AND, Watch Grabber does not carry bands. Their name is "Watch Grabber" so I thought... Anyway, great watch but I need a diving band. Watch Grabber has been responsive and polite. They are just not in the watch band business, I guess.

Rating + 1 Total Disappointment

I am giving a least rating based upon my experience. It was the worst that could happen. Purchased a watch for my birthday and disappointed to see the empty watch box in the mail. Being a preferred customer, did not expect this kind of service. Expecting a replace or a refund and still no reply.
Seller Response:Thank you for your order and we apologize for that. Your email was sent on a weekend and we did ship out a replacement watch as soon as we received the email. It was delivered 2 days later. We apologize once more for that however unfortunately, items are often mishandled, lost or stolen in transit.

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it within 30 days from when it was shipped for a full refund. We do not refund the additional cost of expedited shipping. For example, if you ordered a $200 watch and took expedited shipping for $19.95, your refund will be $200.00.

    Return Policy

    All returns made to Watch Grabber must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. They must include all documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by Watch Grabber or by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card used in the purchase, or if payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued.

    When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended.

    All returns must be filed before 30 days; after that time, Watch Grabber is no longer responsible.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
