Rating + 1 Total Disappointment

I am giving a least rating based upon my experience. It was the worst that could happen. Purchased a watch for my birthday and disappointed to see the empty watch box in the mail. Being a preferred customer, did not expect this kind of service. Expecting a replace or a refund and still no reply.
Seller Response:Thank you for your order and we apologize for that. Your email was sent on a weekend and we did ship out a replacement watch as soon as we received the email. It was delivered 2 days later. We apologize once more for that however unfortunately, items are often mishandled, lost or stolen in transit.

Rating + 1 Nice price and watch but be cautious

I just received my Burberry BU9350 watch and was looking forward to enjoying it but came in inoperable (hour and minute hand do not move once time is set). The watch came in its original manufacturers box but was opened previously. Everything seemed new and in its place, maybe Watch Grabber inspects them...but kinda gives some doubt about reason why they have to open box. More importantly if they are going to open the box for inspection why not verify that watch works before shipping out to the customer! I also called Burberry and they do not honor the 2 year warranty if purchased from Watch Grabber. Just make sure that you are aware of this before you purchase from them. I have initiated a replacement from Watch Grabber and will update this review on how they handle this dissatisfied customer.
Seller Response:Thank you for your order. We did issue a return label via email on the same day the problem was reported and the order was refunded in full when it was recieved. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

Rating + 1 Recieved a "new" watch with scratched glass

I took it right out of the box and realized there is a huge scratch that goes halfway up the face of the watch.

The watch looks fine, but actually I don't believe this is a brand-new watch. I've bought Citizen eco-drive before, the box and inside paperwork are different. This is not like an original box from factory. I would say it's more like a refurbished watch. But with this price, maybe ok, the watch works fine now.
Seller Response:We apologize once more. There was a small batch of citizen watches we received which were not the US version. This affected only citizen and only about 8 sku's. Those watches are genuine Citizen watches, just not the US version. We will gladly accept back any watch that any customer is not happy with.

I had an issue with USPS and their Delivery Methods, causing my watch to be returned to the Seller before it was delivered to me. I had sent my information to WatchGrabber asking them to send the item to me under a different address as soon as they were able, they promptly responded and I received the watch back very quickly at no extra charge. Very trustworthy Sellers. Not to mention the watch in question is beautiful.

Rating + 1 WORST SELLER EVER

they sold me a watch that had many things wrong with it. First of all they said it was new. This is a complete lie. The watch had obvious wear on it. Not only that but they shipped the watch with a dead battery! STAY AWAY!
Seller Response:We do apologize for that and we can assure you that this was not done on purpose. Our watches are all brand new and guaranteed to be in working order and we have 2 teams of quality control specialists to ensure this type of scenario does not happen. however, this particular watch was shipped from a different warehouse, so we were not able to inspect it before it shipped. We can of course offer a free return label and full refund.

The watch I bought was shipped quickly. I had sent a product inquiry on a weekend and the CSR responded to it on Monday morning itself. Overall very nice experience.

    If for any reason you are not satisfied with you purchase, you may return it within 30 days from when it was shipped for a full refund. We do not refund the additional cost of expedited shipping. For example, if you ordered a $200 watch and took expedited shipping for $19.95, your refund will be $200.00.


    Return Policy



    All returns made to Watch Grabber must include a copy of the invoice and must be returned in the same condition as it was when received. They must include all documents and tags that were included with the watch. Any watch that has visible sign of wear, or are scratched in any way, or missing any of the original packaging, will be returned to the customer at the customers expense, and the refund will not be issued. In addition to this, we do not accept returns on any watch that was sized, whether by Watch Grabber or by any other jeweler. Once the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the credit card used in the purchase, or if payment was made by check or money order, a check will be issued.

    When sending a watch back to us for return, please use a reliable service that is insured. Insurance and tracking is optional but highly recommended.

    All returns must be filed before 30 days; after that time, Watch Grabber is no longer responsible.

    All returns must be inspected and approved by Watch Grabber before the return is finalized.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
