Q: Can I return my order?
A: Yes, Toynk has a 30-day return policy. Here are our instructions for returns:
• Please notify us by email at email@example.com or call us at 630-656-1047 so that we may give you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• Items must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving them.
• Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
• If returning a costume, it must contain all accessories and original packaging. Credit will not be issued if the costume is incomplete.
• Clearance items are not eligible for return/exchange.
• The following items are considered Non-Returnable unless they are brand new, unopened and in their original packaging: Dog costumes, undergarments, wigs, beards, mustaches, make-up, novelty teeth, tights, and socks.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
• All costume sales are final after 10/28/2015 and are only eligible for exchange
Q: What if I ordered the wrong size? Can I exchange it for a different size?
A: Yes, you are welcome to exchange the same costume for a different size. The customer is responsible for shipping fees. An RMA for the exchange is required – please contact us at 630-656-1074 or email firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may issue one to you. The item must contain all accessories and be in the original packaging.
Q: What if I receive the wrong item or the item is defective/missing parts?
A: We make every effort to ensure that each item is in brand-new condition before we ship it. In the event that the item is defective/missing parts or if you received something different than what you ordered, please call us immediately at (630)-656-1074. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment so that we can remedy the error.
Q: Can I refuse a shipment if I no longer want the item?
A: Yes, but please be aware that a return fee of $5.00 and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. International orders are subject to being charged the full amount of return carrier fees.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
