A little about us:
We are located in Addison, Illinois (about 15 miles from Chicago city limits). If you are in the area, stop by and check out our store. You can give us a call at 630-656-1074 or email us at See below for phone hours.
Why the name "toynk"? It was chosen simply because it is short and has the word toy in it. The pronunciation is not Toy-N-K. It is one syllable - the word "Toy" and then the sound of "Ink" - "Toynk" (or perhaps toink).
As all businesses seem to start, Toynk began by operating out of an apartment in 2001. Today we have 50,000 square feet facility that houses our offices, store, and the inventory. Our staff varies from 20 to 50+ people depending on the time of year (ie - Christmas, Halloween).
Our main products are toys and costumes. We carry the latest collectible toys, action figures, replicas/props, statues/busts and other collectible items. We do not carry vintage toys/collectibles and we do not buy or trade at this time. Our selection varies from mass market toys (dolls, sports figures, etc), specialty market toys (limited edition props, statues, etc), imported toys not available in the USA, and our ever expanding costume section (over 11,000 costumes & props this year). We ship to all 50 states and virtually every country worldwide.
Our philosophy is to continually improve and change how we run to better serve our customers. We work every day to expand our product selection and improve shipping speed, customer service, and pricing. We hope each time you come back to visit us you will notice improvements.

I found this for $10 off plus free shipping. Extremely pleased with transaction and shipping speed of this 3rd party seller.

Rating + 2 Shame on BBC

This product is a joke. like most BBC fan items it is badly made of cheap materials. Claiming to have 50 years of trivia in a 1" stack of cards?!?!?! It is offensive that this carries the doctor who brand.

Product was shipped quickly and packaged well. No issues with the seller.

Rating + 5 star trek pizza cutter

I am not a big star trek fan, but I did watch the shows. I have to admit this is a cool pizza cutter. Cuts good, fits the hand good while cutting (yes I know, did he say he uses it?)The quality is very good, so good I ordered 2 more for gifts. Comes in a pretty cool box, well packed in form cut foam. If your a fan you wont be disappointed with this, its a I gotta have it item.

Was not even charged for my package until a full week after order was placed. Then took and additional three days after that to receive it. My item was sent in just a small bag with no padding, so the cardboard packaging of the item was ripped and broken. Very embarrassing to give as a gift. Overall unprofessional experience.

Rating + 1 Over charged

The Star Trek Pizza Cutter states that the cost was $22.99 in the sales flier I got via e-mail but I was charged $25.99. Called New egg, would not credit back the overcharge. I have proper documentation showing the overcharge. I am sure Newegg will edit this out, too bad they do not follow up on billing mistakes as good as they edit feedback.

Item was shipped and received quickly. Only problem I had was the tracking number was issued worked for about half a day and only said it was in pre-ship status and then I guess a new tracking number was issued but I wasn't updated with the new number. Otherwise it arrived in good condition.

Rating + 5 Not what I expected in a good way

After reading all the bad reviews about this seller, I was very worried I would regret my purchase. I ordered a Minecraft sword and pickaxe on black Friday. While New egg has finally listed as shipped today. It was still delivered while Newegg said is was still processing. Of all the different things I ordered that day from Newegg, the first thing I receive was from Toynk. The sword and pickaxe were in great shape, looked new and in original packaging. They were the size I figured they would be from the picture, even if they did not have a size description. I was worried that I was going to get a piece of paper or just an empty box as it only weighed 1.8 pounds. Even when I held it, if felt empty. I was still worried because of all of the negative feedback.

I got exactly what I wanted in great condition very quickly. JOB WELL DONE!

Attempted to request RMA twice with no response either time. Now it's past their return policy date so I'm stuck with an item I never used. Rotten seller. I don't recommend buying from them ever.

    Q: Can I return my order for any reason?
    A: Yes! Toynk has a Worry-Free Return Policy! There are a few specifics to keep in mind:

    * Please notify us by email or phone before returning your item(s). To receive exchange authorization before sending your item(s) back, you can reach us at 630-656-1074 or email us at
    * Items must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving them. However, if time gets away from you, all is not lost! If you return your items after 7 days, you will receive your refund in the form of store credit.
    * If you return your items after 7 days, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
    * Items must be returned in new, unused condition. We are very strict on this. We inspect every return thoroughly for signs of wear. If you wear it or stretch it out, please don't return it! You wouldn't want to buy something you thought was brand new that someone else had worn, would you?
    * You must include the entire costume with all its parts, plus the original packaging. If the costume, its parts, or the original packaging are not in perfect, unused condition, no credit will be issued.
    * Clearance items are not returnable, nor are they exchangeable. All Clearance merchandise is sold "As Is."
    * Some items are never returnable (for hygienic reasons). These include dog costumes, undergarments, wigs, beards, mustaches, make-up, novelty teeth, tights, and socks, and of course, any item that is sold as Clearance.
    * Shipping charges are not refundable.

    Q: What if I ordered the wrong size? Can I exchange it for a different size?
    A: Yes, you are welcome to exchange the same costume for a different size. You will be responsible for all shipping fees (shipping it back to us and shipping the new costume out). Additionally, you must first have an authorization for the exchange, and it must be returned with all its parts, plus the original packaging in order to receive credit. (Note: Your item(s) must be postmarked within 7 days from the day you receive it. If you return your item(s) to us after 7 days, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the amount credited for the exchange.)

    Note: Packages refused by the buyer (for whatever reason)--in other words, not accepted from the designated carrier and hence immediately shipped back to us--are subject to a return fee of $5.00, in addition to the 15% restocking fee (where applicable). International orders which are refused and returned to us by the carrier are subject to being charged the full amount that is charged by the carrier for returning the package back to us.

    Q: What if I receive the wrong item or the item I receive is defective or is missing pieces?
    A: Well, first of all, we apologize! We make every effort to get each customer the item(s) they ordered and to ship them in perfect condition. Please call us immediately (630-656-1074) We recognize that many purchases are for events and email will not be the fastest way to remedy your merchandise. However, you can email us at, if you prefer to. Important things to note:

    * You must contact us within 48 hours to let us know your items are defective.
    * All orders that are authorized for return must include the entire costume with all its parts, plus the original packaging. If the costume, its parts, or the original packaging are not in perfect, unused condition, no credit will be issued.
    * We will take care of the shipping to get the correct item(s) out to you.
    * We will take care of the return shipping as long as you are exchanging for another item. (It is literally impossible to refund your credit card for more than the original charge.)

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
