I ordered a blue watch and got a black one. When I contacted them about it they said they wanted to see a picture of the item before they would take it back. I noticed someone else said the same thing on there review as well.

At first the shipping/tracking number had me a bit confused. I then emailed them and they told me they were shipping my item via UPS to the Post Office.

There was a fiasco at the Post Office but I finally got my item.

Curiously, when the purchase was confirmed, the tracking number that came from the vendor was useless gibberish. The number meant nothing on any carrier. The box did arrive in a timely fashion via UPS. The box did have a valid tracking number on the label.

The item was nicely packed and arrived in good condition. I'd buy from them again, but I know I won;t be able to track the item.

Rating + 1 Worst Shipping I've experienced

Received notification the item was shipped on 4/15/2013. As of 4/26/2013 item still not here. Tracking number does not show up in the "shippers" website. Wish zero eggs were a choice and that I read the other current reviews prior to ordering. I wouldn't have ordered it from Jomashop. Will dispute the charge on the credit card if it does not arrive by the card cycle date.

Rating + 1 Dont buy. Go through manufacture

Products are junk. They don't last. My rose gold band on a watch I bought my girlfriend started to fade after 3 months of wearing. Nothing this company can do but if I would have bought through the manufacture, I would have been able to return it.

Still haven't got my item yet, and its going on 3 weeks, I ordered it, paid and it said ships within 5-7 days, all lies. Do not buy from this Jomashop. Cant to see what will be wrong with my watch when it finally arrives.

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from shipping from our warehouse, subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from Remember, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.     How to return or exchange an item:

    * In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To request an RMA number online, please go to the Issuance of an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. RMA numbers are valid for ten days.
    * Place the original package into a shipping carton.
    * Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
    * Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer’s package.
    * The RMA number must be clearly written on the shipping carton to prevent refusal.
    * We suggest that you send your item(s) via insured, traceable means, such as UPS. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
    * If an order is shipping via ground shipping, the initial shipment fee incurred by Jomashop to ship the merchandise will be deducted from the refunded amount.

    Special Orders
    Select items sold on may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
