I was very disappointed. An error caused the order to double and I called and explained to the seller, who assured me that only one item would be shipped and that the order was corrected. I received both items and was very disappointed.
Not only way I lied to, but the size of the jewelery was much smaller than I was led to believe. You need a magnifying glass to see the letter that was supposed to retail for $49.00, but is nearly invisible to the naked eye.

I ordered a men's wedding band but I ordered the wrong size so I sent it back to clevereve it took like 2 weeks to get the new one back and it's not even the same ring. You would think with jewelry they would be ontop of their game but I guess not

This ring is awsome ! I am a construction worker and i wear it alll day!! not a scratch, and i give plenty of abuse
the ring has a bevelled insde edges so it is really comfortable to put on and off i love this ring and it looks great!! i destroyed my first gold ring at work this thing feels like it could hold back a nuclear bomb. It is a little on the heavy side but i got used to that in 1 day and now i would feel naked without it.. great ring dont listen to the guy that says it scratchs, i beat this up and not one scratch and you cant beat it for thuis price buy it

Watch delivered quickly, and seems genuine, but the hasp on the watchband broke in one day- the metal "tong" that goes in the band holes just bent and broke. So, with $12 for a new band, I could have just gone to the store and bought this item. So...I'm disappointed, but not seller's fault.

Ordered a very nice inexpensive ring. Turned out my finger is not as large in diameter as I thought. I contacted them for an exchange to the correct size (although it's my fault for ordering the wrong size). They were super nice, and the exchange was hassle free. I am very happy with the ring and the service.

Condition of Returned Merchandise
Jewelry pieces with evidence of damage (excluding manufacturing defects,) wear, engraving, any form of alteration or sizing by a jeweler other than CleverEve's authorized jewelers will not be accepted. Packages that have not been fully insured or properly packaged cannot be accepted.
If you would like to exchange the piece of jewelry you have purchased with another piece from our online catalog or with a new item of the same style please fill out the exchange section of the email sent to you and enclose it in the return package. *Ship your return package fully insured for the amount stated on the invoice. *If the invoice amount is less than $500 you may ship it via any carrier.
