Rating + 1 Horrible Customer Service, Horrible Product

Purchased refurbished Ryobi weedeater. Seller claims items are refurbished by the manufacturer to new condition. Weed eater received had a cracked motor casing and was leaking fluid. The warning labels were ripped and all the plastic casings were scuffed severely. This product resembled a $10 thrift store item, not a factory refurbished item. But that is not all. When you request an RMA, you MUST include your full name, email addy, zip code, issue with item, order number AND request for either refund or replacement. All of this information is not listed in the required info for a return label. If all of this info is NOT included, you will get an email stating you are missing information to process the request. This email suggests you reply back to the email, but when you reply, you get a message stating that no information was included in the body of the email. I would give this seller ZERO stars, however the picture or the product was pretty, thus the one star.

I give a rating of 1 because at least I got some kind of product in the mail. Granted, it was not the correct product. The item I received did not have a label on it and was the incorrect size. I contacted WMInnovations and their customer service was poor at best with waiting weeks for responses. Too many people to shop with these days, go to the next place and skip placing an order here.

We ordered 50 headphones from them. After 60 days 1 of the headphones died. I emailed them about the dead headphone and 2 days later I received a replacement without any hassles. That is hard to find in this day and age!!!! Thank you very much

Rating + 3 Great sale, No protection in shipping

The transaction was smooth and shipment was quick. My only concern would be the packaging. This was an odd shaped item. It floated around in a box which was specific for the item but was too big for regular shipping without additional protection. I am hoping the item is ok, as it appears to be - but won't really know until I give it to my husband for his birthday. And being a gas powered trimmer in Upstate NY, we probably won't run it for a few months.

RMA Policy
    We want to make sure you're 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, please contact our Customer Service team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 60-days of your purchase. All returns require an RMA, and items without one may be delayed or returned to the sender.

    The 60 day return policy excludes items with a specified 30 day return policy.

    * VMInnovations will gladly accept your return within 60 days of the original purchase
    * If you are returning your item for a refund, a 15% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be professionally tested before refunds are given
    * No refunds will be given on electronics that have been opened or used; you can only exchange the item at that point
    * Everything that was originally sent to you needs to be returned or fees will be applied for missing items (adapters, original box, harnesses, ect)
    * Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to VMInnovations. VMInnovations will pay to ship the replacement item to you
    * All returns require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number may be delayed or returned to the sender

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
