I had to contact this seller due to some issues with a tracking number, so I had no idea whether or not it actually shipped. The response was prompt, polite, and answered my question exactly. If I ever need to buy another oversized plush, I will definitely check this company first.

The vase arrived broken which was noted by the carrier. It was not packaged well. The flowers were beutiful.

You may return your item in original condition by CALLING us at 1-800-238-9481 within 30 days of receiving it.
If you are anywhere in the 48 states of the Continental USA, thewe will pay for return shipping back to us, as follows:
We will send you a prepaid Fedex Return Shipping Label by email or fax (your choice).
If you want us to also set up a Fedex Pickup at your address, simply ask us when you call. Otherwise, you can hand the parcel (with the Fedex label affixed) to any Fedex Ground driver or bring to any authorized Fedex shipping center (like Kinkos).
If you live OUTSIDE the 48 states of the Continental USA, you must ask for a return authorization # when you call. We will give you the address to return you item. Make sure that you write the return authorization # on the box. Then ship it back to us at your expense. (We suggest using a carrier with tracking # and insurance, like Fedex, UPS or US Postal Service).
After we receive a return, we will inspect to make sure it is in brand new condition, and then we will issue you a 100% Refund within 3 days, back to your original payment method. (Please allow up to a week after that, for your refund to post to your account).
