Placed my order back on the Nov 29 for a Kershaw Folding Knife. The order took almost a week to process then was supposedly "shipped" according to the notification I got from NewEgg. The tracking number provided was not valid and I never received my item. I waited until after the projected date of delivery and contacted NewEgg support who informed me to email the seller directly. I then emailed the company with my concern regarding the whereabouts of my item. I never received a response and as of 26 Dec, I still have no received my item. Avoid this seller at all costs.

Rating + 3 lamp came and was apparently fine, but seller would not issue an RMA

My unit's warning light indicated that it needed a new lamp. Ordered one from these guys; it arrived rapidly and in apparent working order but did not solve the problem. Turns out the issue was probably a bad color wheel instead. Requested an RMA from Toolking (twice) since I had never used the lamp. They never responded.

One of the keyboards purchased was defective and the seller was great to work with. They ordered us a replacement keyboard and sent it to us without us having to ship the defective one back to them. Will definitely work with again!

The item they shipped was wrong. Customer service responds by phone, very easy to reach. They arranged a free return. Could not ship the right item, they said the one advertised is not available...

They did ok but when I order try to pick a shipper closer to the west coast (they are supposed to be in Colorado). They shipped this out of east coast and it took 10 days to arrive. If I had known this I would have gone with another company closer to the west coast. I wish they would tell you where it is being shipped from. It is a nice heater, quiet, puts out a lot of heat.

RMA instructions
