Four eggs because I didn't have any problems, so I can't speak to their support or service on issues.
However, the product worked, no damage to the item. It was speedy delivery, and everything went very smooth!

ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAD TO REPEAT MY NAME(KEITH) 6..COUNT IT..6 TIMES BEFORE SHE COULD REMEMBER IT OVER THE COURSE OF THE CALL. PLACED ON HOLD MORE TIMES THAN I CARE TO REMEMBER. FINALLY HER SUPERVISOR WHO WAS HELPING HER THE WHOLE TIME DECIDED TO GIVE ME A REFUND. IT BLOWS MY MIND HOW A COMPANY LIKE THIS STAYS ALIVE TODAY. OWNERS AND WORKERS OF THE COMPANY HAVE NAMES LIKE CHANG AND IVAN WU IF THAT TELLS YOU ANYTHING HINT HINT. BEWARE SELLER BUY AT OWN RISK.

On 12/28/11, Raidentech refused to pay for return freight of their defective helicopter (RMA 27202208). Now 12 days after its return, Raidentech will not respond to my request for the status of the replacement item. It's apparent that they are very slow in replacing their defective items - hoping that a lot of us will give up in time.

Charged up quickly. Flies great - very easy to control. Seems reasonably sturdy considering the low price.

I have no issues with the item, shipping, costs, etc. The only issue I had was paying for the item. It said you can use Paypal, however, I was never able to get it to work.

- Return for replacement within: 30 days
- Restocking Fee: 0.00%
- Shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are Non-Refundable. No returns or exchange after 30 days of receipt will be honored. Returns must be postmarked before the 30 days of receipt to be valid. Should a replacement for a returned item not be available, a credit will be issued or the product will be substituted with one of same-or-better specifications. All returned equipment must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return shipment. To be accepted, all returned products must be conspicuously labeled with the assigned RMA number and accompanied with a copy of the sales order or invoice. Customer must pack items being returned complete, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they were new and working condition. Regardless of condition, products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Failure to do so may invalidate both the RMA and the warranty. Unauthorized and/or unmarked returns will not be honored. Raiden Tech will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of any product(s) that it sells. Raiden Tech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
