The helicopter blades would NOT tighten. They flop on both lead and lag and will not stay no matter how tight I try to make them. It will not fly it just sits in the box and looks like a model. Not worth the money I spent and I will Never do it again!!!!

This item was listed as an outdoor helicopter and was no larger than the small indoor models I have purchased in the past and been very happy with. I got an rma and was told there would be a restocking fee and I would also have to eat the return shipping. I will just eat the mistaken product and use it indoors but will certainly put newegg down a notch on my shopping list. For those that say it isnt neweggs fault I would say that they allow the ad to be posted.

Product stopped working first day. RMAed UPS shows dilivered and signed for. Got a notice that RMA expired wrote Toyworld no respons. out purchase price plus shipping cost. not happy avoid

I bought a R/C helicopter from ToyWorld. The first one was DOA. Wouldn't charge. RMA'd it, which cost me $10 to ship back. Got another one. Charged fine but wouldn't fly right. Read other online comments about the gear slipping out of sync. Opened up and was missing one of the gears. Sent email explaining no response. Emailed Newegg, got response, then call from ToyWorld. Never heard from again. Emailed Newegg again and never heard from them other than they got the email. Should be less than no eggs for both Newegg and ToyWorld. Bought lots of stuff from Newegg without trouble. And my daughter still doesn't have a helicopter and I'm out my money.
