Purchased as Christmas gift, item was received damaged in shipping. Contacted seller, submitted photos of damage, I was told I will receive replacement. One month after, they still have not resolved the issue.

Great! Instructions are a bit china but should say "use all fresh batteries" in control; I would have liked a little more wire in the usb charger cable. Flies great however.

Purchased this product from them. After the product worked well the first time, I threw away the original packaging. The second time I charged the heli, it would not work with the remote at all. I researched a few forums and could not find a solution. I had sent an email to ToyWorld customer service. I did get a response (hence the 2 stars), but not really helpful at all.

Rating + 1 Worse item I have ever purchased

The helicopter blades would NOT tighten. They flop on both lead and lag and will not stay no matter how tight I try to make them. It will not fly it just sits in the box and looks like a model. Not worth the money I spent and I will Never do it again!!!!

Rating + 1 outdoor helicopter

This item was listed as an outdoor helicopter and was no larger than the small indoor models I have purchased in the past and been very happy with. I got an rma and was told there would be a restocking fee and I would also have to eat the return shipping. I will just eat the mistaken product and use it indoors but will certainly put newegg down a notch on my shopping list. For those that say it isnt neweggs fault I would say that they allow the ad to be posted.

  • Restocking Fee: 15.00%

    All items must be returned to ToyWorld within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.
    Any new, unused, unopened items are accepted for return for refund, less restocking fee of 15%. The customer pays return shipping for any returns for refund.
    Any items that are defective upon arrival are covered under warranty for parts or replacement, at our discretion. No returns for refund are accepted for opened, damaged, defective, or used products.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
