Would be VERY helpful if there were instructions telling the buyer to remove the small plastic covering over the batteries. It will not work (light) until that is done, and makes one think they articles are defective. The only way you find it is after you try to replace the batteries with new ones.

So far no problem.

I ordered an "in-stock" item on 2/8/13. The item wasn't shipped until 2/19/13, 11 days later! I FINALLY received the item on 2/23/13.
It took 15 days (9 business days) to receive an order that was supposed to take "5-7 business days." Terrible.

Purchased Capri Tools 160 Lumen CREE LED Multifunctional Headlamp and my Review Title says it all. But if you want more feedback, see my product review on Newegg. Only 14 days to submit a complaint. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! Should have checked out your crummy Return Policy before buying. My fault, but didn't think a simple product like a headlamp would have all these problems and now it puts out NO LIGHT AT ALL! Thanks for the LOUSY PRODUCT so much! Really will avoid your company for ever!
