Better service than I expected! My order was perfect. The items looked better in hand than in the pictures, and got here a few days earlier than anticipated!

I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS SELLER, I NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT!!! I HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CALL/CONTACT MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO LUCK. RIP OFF!

I emailed this company to cancel my order. They wrote back saying sorry the item already shipped. I checked the status, the item was not picked up for delivery until later. Then I decided to check ILOVESEXY's return policy. Turns out the item I purchased is non-returnable. Great customer service - NOT!!!!!!

- At ilovesexy, your business is important to us and we do our best to ensure that you are happy with your order. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, most items can be returned within 30 days for a refund/exchange. Items must be:
* Unworn or without signs of wear
* Not missing any parts
* In original packaging
For health reasons, we do not allow returns of panties or stockings once the packaging has been opened. Pet costumes are also not refundable.
- To return/exchange your item, please contact us at customerservice@ilovesexy.com. Our customer service department will send you a confirmation email with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. If you received an incorrect item or your item was damaged upon receipt, we will also send a pre-paid return label and tracking number in the confirmation email. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item.
Place the RMA on the outside of the package and include the original packing slip with the item you wish to return. We recommend obtaining a tracking order and insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
