Rating + 1 FORMERLY happy customer

Previous experiences great. This experience HORRIBLE. Newegg's billing verification algorithm rejected by credit card billing address OVER AND OVER AND OVER. Never have/had problems on any other website, before or since. Finally they offered me a $20 coupon for my troubles on my next order. I used it - or tried. Only to find out that the item I purchase didn't "qualify" for the coupon... although there were NO conditions/limitations described when it was offered. Now they've offered me a $30 coupon on my next purchase because of this problem. Do you think I'm going to try using it??? No. Finished with Newegg. Would never buy from them unless they were the only resource for a given item.

Rating + 2 kindle fire hd 7" case

advertising a kindle fire HD 7 case.. even showing a case that has available room for the front camera, the case received covered the camera in either orientation within the case. No holes at all for power or up and down volume buttons. upside.. there were openings for the speakers and did indeed all the other features

I waited a week for my backpack and then they issued me an RMA. They couldnt tell me that the backpack was unavailable the day that I ordered it. Terrible Seller I will take my business to someone who can communicate more

I was not in a good mood, because I had just found out that one item I bought at the same time was not what I was expecting, so I wasn't paying attention.
This seller was excelent. I ordered my laptop bag onFriday, and recieved it tuesday. The bag itself was exactly what expected. I would buy from them again.

At this point, if I could give a zero, I would. I wanted to get my husband a U of M bag for Father's Day from the kids. I ordered it in what seemed to be plenty of time, June 5th. The shipping time said 5-7 business days, which should have taken me (at max time) to Friday. It's now Saturday, and I have nothing. I emailed them twice to ask about the status of my product, since it took days to even get an update from Order Verification - and they said that it was scheduled to be delivered on the 14th (in the only response I got from them), which was yesterday. The tracking number I was given has never been entered into the shipping company's information. Where is my bag? Did they ever send it? Am I out a lot of money? And now no father's day gift for my husband. This is unacceptable, and extremely disappointing.

RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail.
