Had RMA on faulty merchandise. Returned item at own personal expense, but RMA was never processed so got no refund. F-

Rating + 1 Bumblebee/Ladybug Critter Order

Customer Service with Global Pets leaves much to be desired. I ordered 4 ladybug & 4 bumblebee critters. I only received ladybugs but person insisted multiple times I had to have received the bumblebees since the ladybugs were out of stock. In the end, he said he would investigate and I would either get something in the mail or get a refund. I asked if I could have a call back so I knew which it would be but was told no.

This review is not about Newegg as they as always, were excellent to work with ! It's about the 3rd party that filled my
The item I ordered was not poorly described in the description & when it arrived and I tried it, I found out that it would not work for me. It took me 3 times of contacting before I recieved a reply & while they were willing to offer me a refund, it was only on the "unopened and unused" portion of the order. Almost everything is open and/or tried (even a pair of pants) before it's determined it wont work, so that was ridiculous. I emailed them again and explained that part of the order had been opened in order for me to try it. It took 3 more days, but I did get a reply to return the opened item. Problem is, I had already used up 3 of the 10 days the RMA # was good for waiting for their reply. They give only 10 days from the time they send you the RMA until the time the product must be back in their warehouse. UNREASONABLE!
Seller Response:Our Return Policy is standard in comparison with other major online retailers. Most people buy online because they want the lowest price, with that comes some restrictions. If we were to charge Regular Retail prices for the items you purchase then we could have a more lenient return policy, but when you even look at major Retail Locations you will see they have adopted more strict return policies as well to remain competative. You are given 10 Business Days to return your merchandise, that is 2 weeks. How much more time do you need to return an item? We also indicate if you need to extend the RMA number to contact us, we can extend it.

That such an amazing distributor went through newegg. The shipping time is a bit much but that's because I'm in California and y'all are based in Florida. Plus the holidays did not help I'm sure, excellent service and product selection overall A++

this is a great toy. But not for two bull dogs. destroyed in just 30 minutes. otherwise love the wiggly giggly noises it makes.

Best price, best delivery time - even coming from a long distance. Dogs love "Babble Balls". Tip - Put inside of large ball with holes so it won't roll under furniture or you will be busy chasing it too.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
