I order the product on 12/15. I didn't receive any shipping confirmation. I emailed the company and received a reply the next day and told it was shipped on the 16th. The tracking indicated that they did not ship it out until the 21st and I received it on the 28th. The email response was quick, but the shipping was slow. I've become spoiled by Newegg and have just come to expect a higher level of service from them.

I was scared to make a purchase with these people considering they didn't have any feedback under their account here yet. I emailed them informing them of this fear after I made my purchase and I got a response immediately ensuring me that my order would process smoothly. The next day I received delivery confirmation with a tracking number and my order got here SUPER fast. Thank you so much for your awesome service. I definitely would do business with you all again!

- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, for that reason we offer a 30 day money back guarantee from date of purchase for unused, unopened items which are in their original perfume packaging. You may return your item(s) for a full refund of the purchase price plus any applicable sales tax within 30 days of the invoice date less shipping and gift wrapping where applies; or you may exchange your item(s) for different in-stock item(s) available at UltraFragrances.Com; please note the additional shipping fee will be charged to your account. Any unopened orders/products post marked to our Los Angeles, CA warehouse after 30 days of your original order date will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
RMA instructions
- We ask that you contact one of our Customer Service Representatives to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number for the items you wish to return/ exchange at (213) 747-2658 during the following hours: Monday - Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm Pacific Time. Any returns/exchanges that do not have a "RMA (Return Materials Authorization) Number" and are in non-saleable condition will not receive a refund and will be returned back to the original recipient at the recipient's expense. Once a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number is obtained, please securely wrap the item(s), include a packing slip, and a reason for the return so that we can expedite the return processing. Please allow up to two billing cycles from the date of return for credits to appear on your credit card statement.
