When you call the company you get a recording to email them and they will get back to you in 24 hours. Still trying to figure out 24 hours from when! Not only am I disappointed in this company but Newegg as well. The only reason they get one star is because it won't let me do zero which is what they deserve. Did you find this review helpful?
