Not obvious that toy is used. Sorry, but the number of garbage photos of NIB items and "100% complete" descriptions for NIB items and I'm left wondering why sellers can't just man-up and say that something is used. If I wanted something used I would have gone to Epay, Graigslist, or Amazonia. I go to Newegg because I want quality and new. Fail.

I ordered this item early December and I have yet to receive it. I made contact with Newegg regarding this order. The first time I was given the phone number to Tfsource 651-464-6961. I have been calling this number and nobody has answered. The second time I made contact with Newegg a representative emailed them telling them about my order and he said I would receive an email after 48 hrs. That was on December 28th. Can you either refund my money or maybe try to get me the item I ordered. My order number is 81356859. I would appreciate any help. Thank you
Seller Response:We shipped this order out twice to the address provided by the customer, both times it was returned as undeliverable. We tried calling the customer phone # provided by newegg, and we get a message that the phone # is incorrect and try dialing again. Our customer care team is available Mon-Fri 9-5 CT and never received any calls or voice mails regarding this purchase and we've sent it out twice at our expense on a $10 purchase... as well as tried calling the customer, so not sure what more could be done.

TFSource is a great place to get your transformers fix. Great selection, good prices, and good customer service doesn't say enough about them. I would definitely buy from them again.

The "Matrix of Leadership" is a great add-on for your Transformers Generation 1 Optimus Prime. It comes with the Matrix, or Spark that is highly detailed, and covers up a big hole inside Optimus Prime's chest. The replacement hands are much better than the originals. for one thing, they hold weapons better, and are better looking too. I like the Energon Axe. It looks better than his gun. Also, the gun they included is better detailed. The old one always looked limp, compared to the Cartoon. I don't really care for the Jetpack, but it does hold extra parts.
Overall, it's a good add-on set, and the price is right. I've seen this set go for as much as $30, but here you can get it for less than $20.
