Rating + 1 Terrible Service

Placed my order and 3 weeks later when it had not arrived I used the online tracking to find it had been delivered to a residence in CA. the problem is I live in TN. I contacted Drillspot and afetr 15 minutes on the phone I was told I had been given the wrong tracking number and that they need to research and call me back the next day. A week later, with no response I called again only top get the same story. I did contact NewEgg again and they did an immediate credit to my Paypal account. As far as Drill spot they have a long ways to go to be an acceptable internet reseller. Use at your own risk!

I ordered 3 nuts and only received one nut which was the wrong part. After I emailed them for the balance, I was told the tracking # for the other 2 nuts but the tracking # had no shipping info.

Rating + 3 Shipping Date Not Updated

In the end we got our product - but it was hard to find out when it was coming. The status was only showing as "in process" - never showed "shipped" - called to find out about it and was told it was up to the shipper to update that field.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with a product you ordered through, we will gladly assist you with our return program.

    Please note the following when returning an item:

    Returned products will incur a 15% restocking fee, except in cases of DrillSpot error. Return products must be in original condition (sealed, retail packaging), otherwise a refund may not be issued.

    Oversized items, such as office furniture, are subject to a minimum $25 restocking fee or 20% of the product cost, whichever is greater.

    Furniture and other items cannot be returned once they have been assembled or installed. Items that require installation cannot be returned after they have been installed, so please make sure the item you received is the item you need.

    Special order merchandise, food and beverages, pharmaceutical products, and personal safety items (including, but not limited to, first aid items, masks, respirators, and cartridges) cannot be returned, except in the case of DrillSpot’s error.

    DrillSpot will not accept returns on products that have been used. If an item has been used and is returned to us, no refund will be issued.

    Any shipment that is refused or undeliverable will be assessed a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping charge will not be reimbursed.

    Some products are not returnable for any reason, per the manufacturer’s request. You may be directed to the manufacturer for resolution. Please understand that we have no control over this process but will assist you through the process as best we can.

    All return requests must be submitted within 15 days of shipment and meet the following terms for return.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
