Standard Return Policy
All returns must be received within 30 days of issuance of your authorization. Items must be in sellable condition, free from any damage, and returned in its original packaging. Tagged items must remain attached and inserts that accompany the item need to remain with the product for return acceptance. All documentation, parts and accessories need to be included with the returned merchandise to receive a full refund. Products received without an authorization will be refused. Certain items such as bedding and bedding accessories are special order items and competitively priced, therefore, merchandise returns are subject to a 30%-50% restocking fee.
BabyAge.com is committed to providing the best quality merchandise and sells only top quality products from reputable manufacturers who stand behind the quality of their products. Most products are covered by manufacturer's warranties. Warranty information when available, is included inside the product packaging or on the product box.
We will work diligently with the manufacturer to take care of your service need by arranging part replacements. BabyAge.com reserves the right to replace the defective parts and requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are unable to express ship replacement pieces. If a replacement part cannot be obtained, a new item will be shipped.
After 30 days of receipt, BabyAge.com will refer all issues regarding defective merchandise to the manufacturer for warranty processing, if applicable.

All refunds are issued back to your credit card, which we will apply through Amazon Payments upon receipt of your unopened return. Shipping costs are not refundable, and any return shipping costs are your responsibility. Our flat shipping rate per item does not represent the actual shipping. Actual shipping may be considerably higher.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
