Broken parts in the box. Poor shipping packing. Parts were splintered and the bag of bolts was also broken open and lose in the box with holes. Yeah, by the time it got to my door there were parts missing from the poor boxing.

Great for moms to be. I bought it for my wife even though she said she wouldn't need anything to help her get comfortable in bed. She is madly in love with the product now and uses it every night. She even said she wouldn't know what should would have done without it.

I emailed company to let them know I ordered the wrong item and wanted to return and pay difference for an upgrade. They said the item could not be returned because it was open, even though I told them there is no description on the box and I had to open it. If they don't accept returns they should say so from the start. Will not order from this company again.

If you want a unique baby gift, buy one of these blankets by Gund. They are the perfect gift. I've given 4 away as shower gifts and each mom raves about it. My nephew slept with his giraffe blanket until he was that tells you kids love them. Don't waste time buying any other brand than Gund if you are looking for a blanket/pillow type gift. These are by far the best made. Kids love the front because it is so soft & fluffy, plus silk fabric on the other side for them to cuddle up to when they take their naps. I can't speak high enough on this. I'd give it 20 stars!

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
