If I could give this merchant zero eggs I would. This sorry excuse for a business won't return phone calls or emails or pick up their phone for that matter. I returned an item to them and I have been waiting WEEKS for my credit to be issued. Make sure you get a tracking number and a delivery confirmation for any returns to them if you decide to buy, because I am sure they would try to say they never received it! Now I have customer service at Newegg involved. This merchant shouldn't be allowed to sell on here.

Fast shipping, sunglasses just as described, highly recommend this seller! These are the same sunglasses I saw at my eye doctor's office and their price was double what I paid from Luxury Optics... Thanks!

NEWEGG HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST! I was shocked that newegg had the replacment frames i needed.(eyeglasses) saved me 100.00 over getting them ordered from the eye doctor. Thank you newegg

I was worried about purchusing eyewear online however Luxury Optics provided exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I received authentic Gucci frames for a cheaper price found anywhere else (online and in retail stores.) My glasses were well packed for shipping and were exactly what I wanted.

I bought a pair of eyeglasses for my wife through this vendor, Luxury Optics. I was a bit surprised when the glasses arrived and the packaging stated the order was fulfilled by "Frame Your Eyes"-- a company I've had experience with and who were excellent when I needed to exchange a pair of glasses I'd purchased for myself due to size mix-ups.
It turned out that my wife wanted to exchange the pair she got too (she didn't like the color we had ordered). I know what you're thinking, "They're one of those couples." And maybe you're right, but nevertheless Frame Your Eyes/Luxury Optics handled the exchange as if they weren't being inconvenienced in the least. I'd gladly do business with this seller again, and I probably will.

- If you want to return an item you must notify us at luxuryopticsales@gmail.com and we will gladly process your returns you can also do so yourself via your Newegg account. If your returning the frame due to a defect; we must be notified within 14 days of receiving the item. After 30 Days up to 50 days if you wish to return the item there will be a 35% restocking fee anymore than 50 days no returns will be accepted !

- If your returning the frame due to a defect then we must be notified within 14 days of receiving the item.
However If you are simply unsatisfied with the product, Yes we have a 30 day return policy for refunds or exchanges with a minimal 15% restocking fee, on condition we receive the item in the same condition that it left our warehouse. If following a return you place an order for another item through us the restocking fee will be lowered to 7%.
