Placed my order on 12/19/2012, it is 1/8/2013 and I haven't recevied my item or valid tracking numbers for shipment!! I did receive an email 12/21/12 saying it had shipped and gave me a tracking number that was not valid. I have contacted Newegg, they referred me to OJCommerce. I emailed OJCommerce and the relpy came back from a Newegg email address?? They said it should really ship 1/7/2013, but still no tracking numbers. I emailed them this morning, but have not got a response??

Item was "processed" within 24 hours. An invalid tracking number was used for the shipping confirmation email. When contacting OJ Commerce about this issue the shipping manager was unavailable to provide information about the order and the customer service rep tried to play off the shipping confirmation email as a "glitch" on Newegg's part. After finally getting the rep to admit the order had not shipped yet there was no way for me to cancel the order besides putting in a cancellation request. The cancellation request can take up to 10 days to finally refund if my order doesn't show up later as shipped. I have made Newegg aware of the issue and am not holding my breath for an easy outcome to all of this. Don't let my mistake be your own, buyer beware.

I never received the "SUNSET HEALTHCARE .... CPAP Filters - OEM" item that I ordered. I have been on the phone multiple times with them. My first phone call they acknowledged that my order was split into to two deliveries. I told the I received the first package but not the second. All other phone calls have resulted in them telling me that the one package has been sent. They even had UPS call me to confirm that I received the package. What they don't seem to understand is that they never sent the item.

NO COMMUNICATIONS!!!!! NO TRACKING?!?! OVER 2 WEEKS AND STILL NO ITEM!!!! no response to emails requesting info... Only when I called them do they tell me UPS lost package....I HAD TO ASK REP TO GIVE ME TRACKING #....if i would not have called, I probably would still be waiting...believe me as well as the other bad egg reviews before you order - i wish i did prior to ordering....

International Bar Pad, Extra Thick - OEM
This is a weight lifting pad for doing squats & "good mornings". It goes around the bar, to protect the shoulders & cushions the back of the neck— the extra thick one adds an extra 2-3" of height, so my grip on the bar is slightly elevated, and eases the bends my shoulders & elbows make. For an old man, it is quite a comfort. Rating the product? It is a blessing~!! The seller? Excellently packaged, and a good choice of shipper. Five stars (out of 5) for both~!

- OJCommerce will accept returns on most brands within 30 days of receiving your item(s). We cannot accept returns after 30 days. It is important to note that initial shipping & handling costs will be deducted from your total refund, & any order offered with special shipping charges is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs. Return shipping charges are paid by customer except for defective or damaged items (below). Returns shipped COD will be refused & fees incurred by the customer. Return shipping labels are not provided unless otherwise indicated for defective or damaged items.
RESTOCKING FEES All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
Custom or special request orders are not be returnable. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we, nor our suppliers, can accept the item as a return.

NOTE - Non Delivery orders are returns subject to restocking fee.
DAMAGED ITEMS In the instance the item arrives damaged or missing parts, contact our Customer Service within 3 business days of receipt of the item for replacement parts or a full replacement. Damaged replacements or damage replacement parts are provided with no additional cost to our customers. Requests for full or partial credits are not available.
WHITE GLOVE OR TRUCK FREIGHT: Orders shipped through white glove or freight service, it is the customer's responsibility to note any damages or problems at the time of delivery. If in fact your order arrives damaged, please write PACKAGE DAMAGED when you sign for the delivery. This is VERY important & required for OJCommerce to dispute your claim.
If your order arrives significantly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery of the package & we will send you out a new order. Please notify us if you do refuse delivery due to a damaged order, so we can expect the returned item(s).
The customers name on the order must inspect the item(s) upon delivery as well as sign the delivery document. - While the driver is present, inspect the package(s) thoroughly & note any issues or damages on the provided delivery documents. Do not discard the item's boxes, as they are needed to properly return your item.
- Further inspect the item & report any issues to Customer Service immediately.
If we cannot replace the missing or damaged parts, we will have the carrier pick up your item(s), & a new order will be shipped upon arrival of the return to our warehouse. Any order offered with with special shipping charges is subject to a deduction of our actual outbound shipping costs.
CANCELLATION POLICY You can cancel your order at any time BEFORE we process the order to our warehouse. However, we do process orders very quickly & after it is processed we cannot cancel it.
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, OJCommerce reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect or erroneous price. OJCommerce shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed & your credit card charged. If your credit card or PayPal account has already been charged for the purchase & your order is canceled, OJCommerce shall issue a credit to your account on file in the amount of the incorrect price within 2-3 business days.
- Call Customer Service with your order at 954-519-2555 & indicate the item(s) & reason you wish to return.
- In estimated 3 business days you will receive an email with a Return Authorization (RA) Number, return address, return instructions, all other relevant information needed to complete your return.
- Wrap the item(s) carefully in its original condition. All return products MUST be undamaged & in their original packaging. - Email the return tracking number
DAMAGED - We require you to take digital images (photos) of damages. It is not recommended to refuse an order that has been shipped via UPS or FedEx due to extensive packaging damage. Often the packaging can take the brunt of the damage, & the product inside could still be in proper condition. When signing for the package, please indicate if your item is damaged by writing Package Damaged on any acceptance forms.
