I ordered my copter on 4/16/12. Contacted the seller by email, phone, left messages and I never got a response. My copter within a week stopped charging and it's now paperweight. Don't ever order from hobbytron if you need customer service.

Ordered 2 RC Helicopters, only received 1 in the box. the other half of the box was stuffed with packing. When I called Hobbytron about it, Paige stated they would look into it, verify the weight of the package and get back to me. They have yet to call and aside of the shipping label, there is no weight listed on the packaging of the actual toy. Shady.

Comments: I ordered one helicopter. I received three and was charged for three. I attempted to contact the reseller for return and was never contacted. I then contacted your support and was never given a RMA to return the not ordered extra units. This is very bad business. I cannot order from your company ever again. Keith Morris

Received the helicopters late as heck....the one that got played with the gears stripped pretty quick from just normal use and Hobbytron never wrote back or even acknowledged I had a complaint.....poor poor business model imo and it shows in their reviews

I purchased two for Christmas presents. Both DOA, I returned one for RMA, never got replacement. Cost so much for return shipment I wrote the second off.

This item does not work and I wish to return it. I e-mailed Hobbytron for return instructions a week ago and still have not heard back. The 30-day return policy may expire before I ever hear back from them, leaving me with a worthless item and no way to get my money back.

I am so disappointed in Newegg and Hobbytron. We have tried to resolve our issue with our broken helicopter with countless calls to the company. We have appealed to Newegg to help us and neither has gotten us any resolve. The toy brough within 20 mins. after opening and we have been left with unresolved issues. Neither company has stood behind their policies or their promises to "call back" or clear this up. We had already put the funds out for the toy and cannot just replace it without a replacement of funds. So disappointing. It has caused us not to want to use Newegg again or recommend it.

I ordered a remote helicopter. It arrived defective. I called Newegg and said they couldn't help with my issue themselves but gave me a number for Hobbytron .
I sent them an e-mail and they said via computer generated response that they would respond in 2 days ( I had tried to contact them 5 times via phone to no avail). THREE WEEKS LATER, I received an email stating they had no history of my transaction and didn't recognize the order number I copied and pasted from Neweggs order receipt. No matter by that time I had thrown the junk in the garbage out of frustration. Don't believe me? do a web search and see what others say about these nightmarish fly by night hucksters. Shame on newegg for sullying their reputation by doing business with the likes of Hobbytron.

just so everyone knows i have like 8 small and large helicopters, i flew this one indoors and i kid u not after about 4 charges screws were coming out and the thing wouldn't fly. after i tighten alot of screws it was flyable again but it never flew very well again. it was cheap so i bought it but just spend the extra 20 bucks and buy one with some value in the end its worth buying a good one for 50 that will last a year then a 12buck one that last 2 days.

Takes a long time to ship. Product broke (probably not their fault for QC issues) but after 2 RMA requests there is no contact back from them. Stay Away.
Wish I could give them 0 Eggs.
