I have requested an RMA twice now to return a product and no one has responded to me at all. I would not order from again.

Rating + 1 didn't return money

I tried to cancel this order but it was still sent out. I then had it returned through the post office. My bill me later account is still being charge for the item and I did not use it. I sent it back . Most likely they sold it to someone else and got twice the money. BBB here I come if I don't get the money back soon.

I ordered an item that was supposed to be NEW. The item arrived with no tags and clearly used. I've been trying to return this item and can't get in touch with the seller or anyone to take care of this issue.

I paid for two day shipping but they put standard 5-8 day shipping label on it. I Did not get my item on time. They were rude to me when I spoke with them on the phone. I would not order from them agian.

This was my first time and last time ordering through Bo Toys and Gifts. I was give a tracking number (1) I tried calling let them know I recieved an invalid tracking number and was sent to a Verizon Voice mail where it was not an option to leave a message. New Egg helped me try to get a valid tracking number, but did not hear back from them either. The package took a long time to process and was really late arriving. When the package arrived it had some random name on the package that was not close to my name or my company's name. Luckly I had been looking for it everyday and recongized the shape of the box and took a chance opening it and sure enough it was my package. I am very unsatifised with this company's lack of communication and thoroughness.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
