Rating + 1 NEVER AGAIN

If I could rate zero ..... I would. I ordered this item early afternoon 03/26/2014. I paid a large sum for "2 day Air Shipping" because I wanted it by Friday 03/28/2014. The package did not even depart origin city until 03/28/2014. In just a few hours from now it will be 04/01/2014 and I still don't have my replacement lamp. No one ever came to our front door, but UPS says they delivered it on 03/31/2014 at 14:29 . MY wife was here all day. April Fool. Guess the joke is on me. 6 days later and no one has a clue where my item is. Oh I called Newegg about the terrible late shipping and they said sorry we cannot help. Then I contacted Ness Electronics for the same issue. They also responded with Sorry there is nothing we can do. I will stick to reliable companies in the future that care about their customers. It only took 3 companies to turn this into a terrible customer experience.

I bought a replacement bulb two and a half years ago to have on hand. When I finally installed it didn't work - the color wheel malfunctioned. That's my fault for waiting so long to install. I ordered another and installed as soon as it arrived from Ness - it did it did the same thing I called Ness and they said this was a known problem with genuine Oscam replacement bulbs and some Mitsubishi DLP's. They emailed me a retune UPS sticker and sent me a replacement Phillips bulb which works great

Rating + 5 Bend Over Backwards They Do

These guys totally went out of their way to ensure I was satisfied and my needs were met. I would definitely buy from them again, and I highly recommend you do too. If you care, my experience is below.
I bought a bulb from them on Thursday and selected next day shipping. I sent an email on Friday expressing my need to have the item on Saturday. They responded and said they don't do Saturday delivery, then offered to comp my overnight shipping since I would not receive the product at my expectations. I agreed but said it was ok to send standard.
They shipped my product out on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday with the overnight label on the box. They really stepped up in my opinion and I'm a very happy customer.

The only thing to note is the slight delay in order processing from a Newegg partner. I was unaware of this before I bought.

Rating + 5 Toshiba DLP Replacement Lamp

Bought a replacement lamp from DLP Lamps Store a little over a year ago and it's still going strong! Just wanted to point this out since some other stores aren't always honest about how long their lamps last. The one I received from these guys are just like the official Toshiba lamps!

    Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase for a refund. All products are covered by the manufactures original warranty.
