Ordered according to the part number they listed. Right number, wrong part. A waste of time and money. Not worth shipping to send back. If you have a vintage Technics SL-5 turntable, do not order this as they have put in the wrong part number. This is not the part you will need.

DLP Lamps Store initially shipped the wrong bulb. I informed them via NewEgg email and they immediately acknowledged the error and sent out the correct part the next day (via UPS Ground so it took awhile) with a prepaid UPS return address printout enclosed so I could return the incorrect bulb. The correct bulb really improved the brightness in my Samsung DLP compared to my old worn-out bulb.

Purchase of replacement lamp was defective. Given number to call, never received response. Call Newegg again and still no response. I am very unhappy.

After over 17,000 hours, my Mitsubishi Osram Brand lamp was dimming out. This company shipped me an EXACT Replacement for the original lamp in an original housing for about $40 less than if I had bought it from the manufacturer. Easy installation. very satisfied customer.

Turnaround on the purchase was fast (despite NewEgg showing a status of verifying). I called this morning to the vendor, and they provided a UPS tracking that reported a delivery for me this afternoon.
