Rating + 1 I am still waiting for resolution on this

I have made 5 attempts to get a refund as the product delivered is not the product advertised. I have tried to get Newegg to assist me with this and no one has helped me come to a favorable resolution for two weeks following my purchase. At this point, I feel as though Newegg is not a trustworthy portal to obtain electronics product. I am equally disappointed with the seller as I am with Newegg. Do not advertise you sell something if you do not carry it.

Rating + 1 Quality, service, & warranty

We bought 2 bulbs from this seller; I'm now on my second one and it's already failing as of right now. Two bulbs in one year means the quality of this bulbs are terrible. I tried to contact the seller about the 1 year warranty 4 months ago and they gave me the run around, excuses and reasons why they cannot help me. The original bulb came out after buying these, the bulb lasted me 5 years since the day I bought the TV. Big waste of money, and I won't be buying from them and maybe on neweegg ever again. Honestly they should be rated a 0 egg.

Product, TS-CL110UAA, was received quickly and sufficiently packaged to prevent breakage of the bare bulb I ordered. However, the bulb generated a vertical shadow down one area on the left side of the screen.

Rating + 5 TY-LA1001 Replacement Lamp

After trialing 2 defective replacement bulbs from other suppliers, I found this OEM Philips lamp thru Newegg. The price was the best I could find for a Philips lamp (note, do not buy anything else), it arrived on the date expected, and works beautifully. the housing construction is solid and the brightness of the bulb is on par with the original lamp.

Return Instruction
