I placed my order on 1/30/2013 and the item status is still at "Electronic Shipping Info Received" from 2/1/2013.
Today is 2/8/2013 and the status has not moved. Poor processing on their end.

I purchased a piece jewelry for my labret, on July 11,2012. I selected standard USPS shipping 5-7 days. Well today is July 25, 2012 n my piece still hasn't even been mailed! I was told it will ship out no later than thurs the 26th...... Several emails later. Who knows when it will actually arrive here! If they ever want my business again they need to upgrade my shipping to overnight @ no charge! This is rediculous.

I ordered two rings from this seller. It was the 14th of April, and I payed for expedited shipping. I finally received the package on the 30th, and it contained one ring, and it was made of the wrong metal. Called to return, they only gave me a 10% refund. This is a little more hassle than I expected to go through to get a couple little rings.

If I could give a negative number it would be infinity. I was suppose to receive my item on March 8, it is now the 20th. They don't answer emails or phone calls. Buyers beware.
