Rating + 4 Shipping issues, but resolved.

I paid for one-day shipping for an order of some urgency, but received a broken tracking number (this may not have been the seller's fault), and when I requested (and got) a corrected shipping number, I discovered the package was not scheduled to be delivered for several business days.

I contacted the seller and requested a refund of the shipping charge I had paid. They were apologetic and provided the refund but were unable to do anything to expedite the delivery. The order ended up coming just in the nick of time, so with that and the refund it worked out OK, but it could have gone very wrong.

The product itself was fine (though a little smaller than the size indicated) and at a great price. Overall I had a satisfactory experience within the constraints of ordering online, but I would be cautious about relying on the expedited shipping option in the future. I do appreciate the responsive service for my concerns.

I have been a loyal customer of Newegg for many years and Newegg has been nothing but Excellent with there products and service. However; This experience I had was absolutely terrible.

I ordered the watch box as a Christmas Gift for my wife. I ordered it on December 15th, 2011. I paid for it, and waited on a shipment tracking/ETA. I got the email that the Seller "GOLDIA" sent the item but DID NOT provide a shipping number. I was a little skeptical but knowing the excellent service Ive had with NEWEGG, I didn't think much of it.

After 9 days without my product, I called NEWEGG to find out what happened. Newegg gave me the number to call the company directly. I left the company 3 voicemails expressing my concerns and NEVER received a call back.

After I didnt receive my watch box before christmas I called New egg again and they emailed the company directly. Newegg informed me that It may take several da

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
