I ordered a replacement battery for my son's cell phone. and I was sent a battery for a completely different phone. I sent 3 emails about the problem and did not receive any response. I will not be using newegg again.

Rating + 1 poor service by Orion

Never received ordered item. Attempted to contact seller twice, but no response. Finally "chatted" on line w/ Newegg to explain. They agreed to refund my order.
I can't understand why Newegg continues its relationship with Orion Gadgets. They don't appear to provide the level of service and quality products I have come to expect from Newegg.

Rating + 1 Never Delivered and Still Waiting On Refund

I ordered a two cases for my HTC Rezound. I would log on from time to time to attempt to track the package but when I'd click "Track Package" nothing would appear.
After three weeks with no package tracking I contacted the seller and they told me the package must have gotten lost and they'd issue a refund within 3-5 business days.

It's now been 10 days since I spoke to them and no refund has shown up in my bank account.

Rating + 1 Battery order bust.

This should have been an easy order. I bought an extended battery and extended rear cover for my Motorola Droid Bionic phone from OrionGadgets. I bought them as a set, yet they sent me the wrong rear cover. I sent them 3 emails over a week and they never answered. I finally contacted Newegg and complained. Newegg asked me a ton of questions. I even sent them photos of the incorrect item. Geez. I guess they managed to contact the Seller and get them to ship me a new cover. So it took about 3 weeks to get this straightened out.
I should have read the Seller reviews first. It turns out that this Seller has a lot of problems, one of which is not responding to customer emails. Surprise!
My phone battery works okay, but since this mess I researched the date codes on the Motorola battery. It turns out they sold me a battery made in 2011, this is 2014. I just hope it wasn't used.
Beware who you buy from here. I'm not coming back.

I ordered a replacement battery for my Samsung Nexus phone and never received an item while the status of the order is shipped and delivered. I tried to contact a seller few times via emails and never had response.

    In this day and age of consumer democracy and competition, every customer has the right to expect the very best. We support this statement. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product you purchased from us, simply return it for the item price refund (shipping/handling not included regardless of the shipping offers used during purchase). Just make sure the items are sent back unused, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date the items arrive at your door. Products showing clear signs of wear cannot be resold and therefore should not be returned as we cannot refund them. Exchanges are available and may entail additional shipping costs.     1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
