This supplier I think should be banned from newegg as a seller! After reading the reviews and after my experience with the same repeated problem of not receiving my product after two weeks later...talking to them on the phone they said that it must of got lost in the mail and we will refund your money...how many customers just give up and make them rich?

Wanted to cancel the order almost immediatley. I was not allowed to cancel. Then it never came, although they say it was shipped. I never got the package that I intend on returning.
Poor customer service on Newegg's part. OrionGadgets is not recommended.

i saw that most of the newer reviews were 1 star and wondered if everything was gonna be alright. i got my battery in the minimum posted time in a bubblewrap package and its charging right now. im hoping that was the problem with my phone lol

Had to call to see what the status of my order was 2 weeks after order was placed, turned out I had a tracking number but didn't receive an email. it didn't ship from the business (lost). At least I am getting a refund.

I've always had an open mind and maybe I'm a bit naive, but I like to give everyone their due. I came across my item at a great price, and saw the previous reviews of the seller I'll admit I was hesitant. Everyone gets a shot though, and as my experience goes I've had a great one. Shipping was phenomenal, I even got tracking information the night of. My item only took a couple of days to get to my home and that's very important. The item itself was in great condition, and worked the instant I plugged it in. There were no signs of manhandling, or misinformation. While I can't account for many others, I can say I had a pleasurable experience

I ordered a replacement USB cord for my B&N Nook. The cable the arrived was a standard USB cable. Know that the Nook has a longer plug and a standard USB will not work.

The description mentions a "replacement" batttery and show the image of a new Verizon package of this battery. Of course this doesn't mean it's a new battery. So I was surprised when the battery arrived and it looked in a little worse shape than my current battery. I asked for a new battery in exchange or a refund and they immediately refunded the cost. The reasonable response time and quick refund were the only things I liked about this transaction.

I've always had a great experience shopping with Newegg. This is my first bad one. Going on 8 business days and still have not received my order. Shipping number is bogus. Just took a look at the reviews for this vendor and whadayaknow, my experience is not unique.

Item was never received, seller states it probably got lost in the mail. Refund was issued only for cost not including tax that I paid. Total scam and rip off. Seller told me to contact newegg, newegg told to contact the seller. Bunch of nonsense.
