Great price, very fast initial delivery. Needed to exchange to another model because it's too tight. The model that I wanted was not on their website so I called their 1-800 number and always get the voice mail and emailing was not as responsive as I hope. Finally I found out that the trick to their voice mail system is just keep calling until someone picks up. Talked to Lauren from customer service and she was very nice and helpful in finding what I need. The whole exchange process took about 2 weeks and i am happy with the new sunglasses.

Rating + 1 Great Product, Horrible Customer Service

I have been trying hard to reach their customer service since the past two days.
There is not even a acknowledgement that my request is being looked into !
The phone number goes to voicemail, the email is not replied to although in the forum they have mentioned that they respond within 24 hours, its been more than 48 hours without a acknowledgement.

As of today, i dont even know if my request is being looked at or if will be ever looked at!

New egg is a fantastic site, wish they would do something about mandating a better customer response from vendors allowed to sell through them.

Lens has a dent right side of lens.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
