I had a shipping problem with one of the items I purchased. The item would not have been here in time for the weekend. I emailed them and they responded very quickly, and I was able to upgrade my shipping right through my email. The product got here ahead of schedule along with the 2nd item I purchased.
Customer service is fast responsive, and very pleasant. I recommend this seller to anyone who wants to buy paintball products on the marketplace. I would definitely buy from them again via through the marketplace or directly from their site.

ordered item that was discovered to be out of stock. Seller offered an upgraded item at the same price. Shipping was extremely fast.

So I bought this item, and it took them 3 days to ship the "in stock" item, and on their website any orders over $999 ship 2 day shipping for free. But b/c I bought threw Newegg they ground shipped my package that cost $1095 btw. With how slow they were and then not shipping the same as they treat there other customers, I would probably not buy from them again. That's just BAD customer service IMO.
Seller Response:Sorry but we are unable to ship with 2-day shipping through Newegg becuase when selling on Newegg we have to pay fees to them for listing our products on the Newegg website so we are unable to offer the 2-day shipping as we can when purchased directly on our website.

I ordered 2 Tippmans on Sunday night and got them both on Wednesday the same week. Exactly what I ordered. Awesome company to do business with. A++++++++++++

Paintball Punks sold me a 2 piece DYE Boomstick.......However the boomstick i orderd had a ceramic back. Aparently DYE doesnt make these cermaic backing anymore and now repalce it with an aluminum backing.....This is called the Ultralite boomstick........
Paintball Punks called me imeditley and provided me the information about the backing and the barrel....great customer service in real time via email no worries ordering from Paintball Punks, will order any time

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Paintball punks communicated with me in almsot real time emailing (while i was at work ;) At first i was weary from ordering paintball gear from online store but they were always communicating with me and asking me questions if any thing went wrong......They will email you and ask your size and desired color...so no worries :D Will order form them again anytime

- All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days from the time the order was placed. There are no returns on paint, special orders, or items that have been used in any way. The item to be returned must be brand new and factory sealed, and in no way used. All returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee on the purchase price. If you want to exchange or return your item for store credit there will be no restocking fee. Shipping in no way is refundable on any order.
