All returns require an assigned RMA#. To obtain an RMA# contact our customer service via email or phone. We'll issues you a unique RMA# good for 15 days. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days before RMA# expires to receive a refund on the merchandise. Note: Shipping and Handling charge is not refundable and customers are solely responsible for return shipping.

We reserves the right to refuse any merchandise without a valid RMA#. Good packing, product seems okay;
Product description was not clear on NewEgg.com
....EZOWare ext enclosure for 2.5" SATA drive:
....USB3.0 female port (and the 3.0 Cable's male end) is non-standard,
....so both ext enclosure & cable are less usable.
....and this was not shown on NewEgg site.
Delivery took a few days longer than NewEgg itself.
But, I guess that Egg has warehouse on every block.

Rating + 1 DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Tried to return a product. Seller sent me an e-mail asking for MY e-mail with 'spaces between all of the letters'. This is incredibly suspicious. They were basically trying to circumvent NewEgg's communication system so they would not have to be held accountable for the return.

I had to call NewEgg twice to just have them solve it on their end, since Bluemall refused to work with me except under-the-table. Overall this was a terrible experience, and I'm likely never to shop from a 'Marketplace' transaction on NewEgg ever again.

The original product I bought (a retractable HDMI cable) fell apart quite soon after I had received it. Bluemall replaced the product free of charge. I appreciate the prompt service!

Cheaply made. Charging tabs on charger do not align with teminals on battery! Does not charge battery. A waste of money! Can't return for refund to Newegg.

While they provide a tracking number - it is useless- Mar 4th shows it is Ca and on Mar 11 - it is still there. Since I had it shipped to another site, I can't know about it arrival without calling.

I never dealt w/ newegg or IKROSS, and was surprised an exceptionally thrilled,everything is perfect, delivery, and my merchandise I am disabled and ipad is to keep my sanity due to extreme limitations.My income is not good and got burned a few times I was sooo afraid, they are both honest, FAST delivery..good merchandise for prices I was scared i may not ordered the right item for my new Ipad, wonderful deal now looking for more pens for my caregiver, her hubby and few others, they were surprised. The battery charger they sold me was advertised to charge a SONY NEX-5n camera Battery. My battery DOES NOT fit in this charger.

I needed a new cable and found they had a kit with the cable, battery charger and screen protector, for a very good price. The items arrived about 5 day after I ordered them via USPS. Everything was in the kit, and fit my camera. I can't ask for more then that.

    Replacement Merchandise

    In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise at same time, you must place a new order. Bargaincell.com must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse.

    Restocking Fee may apply
