All returns require an assigned RMA#. To obtain an RMA# contact our customer service via email or phone. We'll issues you a unique RMA# good for 15 days. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days before RMA# expires to receive a refund on the merchandise. Rating + 1 Disappointed with vendor.

First order using this vendor and I couldn't believe how the product was packaged. The box seemed like it was an used item rather than new. Then, upon inspecting the device I noticed a lot of fragments like it was crushed. I'm hoping to get an RMA and a good unit, but until then I'll avoid this vendor in the future.

Rating + 2 Cheap items, not worth it.

Bought the screen-protector + styluses+ microfiber cloth combo bundle.
The screen protector was ok but the flimsy styluses don't work without cramming them against the screen and the cloth is too tiny and thin to even hold and wipe a screen at the same time. The bundled package was a waste of time.

Seller did Excellent job, get my Tablet Cover on time but the product I received is not that good. The Magnet they used in cover is so strong that if I open the cover and keep it with back of tablet, it turns off the tablet and doesn't allow me to use the Tablet.

    Replacement Merchandise

    In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise at same time, you must place a new order. Bargaincell.com must receive payment for all merchandise prior to shipping any replacements. We will ship your replacement in the same manner as your original order. A temporary duplicate charge will be placed on your credit card until the returned merchandise has been received and processed by our warehouse.

    Restocking Fee may apply

    Unless defective, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned opened GPS/Navigation units, cellular phones, projectors, cameras, camcorders, notebooks, netbooks, tablet , home and garden, Toys and desktops.
RMA instructions
    1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
