Rating + 1 Worst customer service I have ever received for an E-Commerce company... THE WORST

I would not ever recommend this seller to anyone. I canceled my order, then they shipped it anyway. I had to call Newegg several times to check on the status, they called/emailed Bluemall to verify that the order was indeed canceled. Bluemall said the order was canceled after shipment but would offer no resolution to return the product back to them. Newegg Premier customer service did a conference call with the three of us and Bluemall treated Newegg like they were a cheating spouse. Refused any and all suggestions, was flat out rude, told her/me "tough luck", "get over it", "you can pay to ship it back, its not our problem we shipped it out after your order was canceled". I mean.. I wish I could display the entire conversation here so people could see how big of an ******* this guy was. I could understand if I was a rude customer calling, but this was Newegg calling them, this is how their CSR treated a Newegg CSR. I'm blown away. Never again. I called Bluemall to complain about this CSR, he answers the call and tells me to "get lost" and refused to let me speak with a manager. Not once, but three times. Unbelievable.

I then didn't like how this panned out, so I sat on hold for 30 mins in order to file a formal complaint through Newegg about this marketplace seller. I've never went this far out of my way to make sure they knew what they were dealing with, and I'm sure I'm not the first customer they've treated this way.

Even though I called customer service to correct a address, the item still was sent to the wrong address (USPS only delivers to PO Boxes out here in rural AZ, not street addresses). It was returned to BLUEMALL, but I had to contact customer service again to get the charge credited to my account. Item was ordered on 11/30/2015. It was to be a Christmas gift for my Granddaughter. Did not receive refund until 1/22/2016. I will never order from New Egg Market place again, and will think twice before dealing with New Egg. I've been purchasing from New Egg since 2002, but the last few years prices have crept up to the point that other web sites are cheaper. Dealing with customer service is now usually a unpleasant experience, and shipping has become slow and expensive. New Egg needs to go back to the beginning days when they were the best on the web.

The camera end of the cable was not even close to the right type.
I did find another use for this cable.

I purchased this case for my tablet which was nice but, two weeks after I purchased it it went on sale newegg won't give me the difference which I think is petty so I want be shopping with newegg anymore.

    Replacement Merchandise

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
