Rating + 1 Never again

Terrible communication. Impossible to contact. Ridiculous return policy. Incomplete item descriptions. This is absolutely NOT why I shop at new egg. I am not buying from another marketplace member again. If not fulfilled directly by newegg, I would strongly reconsider the purchase.

Rating + 1 Autocare is run by Thieves that works the System

I ordered a set of speakers from Autocare. They shipped me the wrong speakers. I asked from an RMA. They told me to send them a picture of the product that was shipped. I did that. Since then Autocare has refused to respond to me. I was trying to work with Autocare during the return period but now that the 30 day return window has expired all I get is a brick wall. NewEgg similarly refuses to respond or help.

The only way to solve the problem was to take the issue up with Amex and have the credit card company reverse the charges.

Rating + 5 The best place to buy wheel covers!!

Autocare Depot & Newegg are bar-none the best place to buy wheel covers from online! I saved almost half of what I would have had to spend elsewhere on this set. They come brand new and very well packaged. High quality wheel cover set. BTW-THIS IS FOR A FULL SET OF 4 WHEELS COVERS, NOT JUST ONE!! If there is anything negative I would have to say, that would be that they don't clearly state that when you buy. Smoking deal!! Thank you Autocare Depot

Rating + 1 WORST IN EVERY ASPECT BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Item shipped defect, obvious shipping problem, no big deal. NO RESPONSE FOR RMA. Had to contact newegg and was a MISSION to get a response back from them. Kept sending me emails saying email us back at (blank) with pictures. Finally got the correct email address had to contact new egg again to get my RMA. Got my RMA. Been waiting 5 weeks with NUMEROUS emails sent about refund have got no response. BEWARE BEWARE

DOnt get me wrong i LOVE NEWEGG thats why i trusted they would only allow a good seller in their marketplace. but BEWARE

Sent incorrect product and refuses to correct problem and sent RMA instructions. Stay away from this company unless you want to get ripped off!

I ordered some tail lights and later inquired if they were US DOT Approved. I sent two messages before they replied saying they were asking the manufacturer. Didn't know the product they were selling. To this day, I still have not received a response. Luckily they are but if I had thought about it before I wouldn't have ordered them until I received a response. Terrible customer support.

I needed a custom bracket for a small block Chevy and when i found the part number I did a search for the lowest price and was surprised when it was NewEgg. Ordered the part and it came quickly, but I soon discovered it was a knock-off from a well known company, but poorly done...it was not functional! I asked for a return and it was processed easily.

    Autocare Depot will do everything possible to ensure the customer's satisfaction.
    If there is any error in the part received, please contact us immediately.
    Returns will be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in brand new condition. Items that are defective may also be returned. We are not responsible for install mistakes. Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
    Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
    Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
    Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit will be issued to the customer .

RMA instructions
