Rating + 2 Don't pay for extra shipping

I paid for two day shipping and its been 5 days and i still have not received the item. Its still in shipping. Oh and when i contaced them they said that the day i ordered it and the day after don't count towards the two day shipping. If you want this item don't pay for the extra shipping cause it won't come for the time you paid and you won't get a refund.

Rating + 1 Poor Latch.....LOST Item !

…….I REALLY liked my new stainless steel and carbon fiber bracelet, but last weekend I lost it after the latch popped free and consequently lost it. Because of this defect, I would rate the purchase as POOR.
Its supposed to stay on NOT unlatch itself and pop off………JR….NH

Newegg is starting to lose it with all of these other companies that they are selling items for. I ordered the item 2 weeks before I needed it for a birthday. Needless to say I did not recieve it in time. Newegg needs to make all of their suppliers step up their game, I was hoping for Newegg shipping satisfaction

Rating + 1 Absolutely Horriable

I ordered a pair of earrings on 12/9/11, I waited patiently for the item to arrive. 12/20/11 I emailed newegg asking why It is taking so long. The shipping number (9400110200883233411309) stated that it had received the electronic shipment but no shipment as of yet. Finally on December 23rd it the tracking number came up and said it was delivered. A full 15 days after the order. There was no contact from the seller or me stating why it would take two full weeks to get them out.

Poor Poor Service.
Seller Response:This is first class us mail. There is nothing we can do other than ship right away using the service you request. We do offer faster shipping services.
