Our Return Policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from, simply send it back within 30 days of receipt, in original unused condition and in its original packaging. We will gladly provide a full refund of the purchase price.

Our extended holiday return policy gives you until January 10th, to return any purchase made from November 1st through Christmas. Please note, we cannot accept returns on any stamped, engraved or altered merchandise. NOTE: Express and optional shipping charges will not be refunded.

I had some trouble with shipping from them, but it wasn't their fault.
When I spoke with them about it, they seemed a little rude; however, I they were quick to resolve the issue and I have my backpack now. Great Job Brett's Luggage from!

extremely rude customer service i will never do business with them again. Their message to me follows:

We have already had conversation with you and you said you were going to send back. If you want to communicate with us via phone feel free to call...this shouldn't be this confusing as emails have been going back and forth for 10 days now.

I ordered 4 packmate compression bags. I received 1 bag, with no packing slip or invoice. Therefore, I have no idea what to expect or how to deal with the problem. Can I rely on Newegg to make this right?

    Hassle Free Return Policy:

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, will gladly provide a refund within 30 days from receipt, provided all items are unused and the hangtags are attached to the product(s). Upon receipt of your merchandise, will promptly process your return. The cost of the item and applicable taxes will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. We cannot accept returns on any stamped, engraved or altered merchandise. There are NO re-stocking fees. Express and optional shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take up to a full billing cycle for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Return Instruction
    1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
    2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
    4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
    5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
