I ordered my Victorinox Digital Day Pack on Sunday, 2/3: it was delivered in perfect condition at noon today, Tuesday, 2/5!!

I ordered 4 packmate compression bags. I received 1 bag, with no packing slip or invoice. Therefore, I have no idea what to expect or how to deal with the problem. Can I rely on Newegg to make this right?

To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions listed below:
