Standard Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Suitcase.com will gladly provide a refund within 30 days from receipt, provided all items are unused and the hangtags are attached to the product(s). Upon receipt of your merchandise, Suitcase.com will promptly process your return. The cost of the item and applicable taxes will be refunded to the credit card used for the purchase. We cannot accept returns on any stamped, engraved or altered merchandise. There are NO re-stocking fees. Express and optional shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that, depending on your credit card company, it may take up to a full billing cycle for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You can exchange your product any time! Provided all items are unused and the hangtags are attached to the product(s) and the merchandise is still current.
If you received your product as a gift and you satisfy the return conditions described above, Suitcase.com will gladly provide an immediate exchange or a merchandise credit that will be valid for two years from the date of issue on products sold through Suitcase.com
To exchange or return an item, please follow the instructions listed below:
1) Pack your item in the original box.
2) Include a copy of the packing slip that arrived with the merchandise or a copy of the email confirmation you received after placing the order. If exchanging, please note the description/style number of the new item. A charge or refund will be processed for the difference of the product price, if any.
3) Ship your item via an insured, traceable carrier (such as UPS®, FedEx® or the U.S. Postal Service)
