Rating + 1 Fast Shipping - BAAAAD product

The quality of the cello was terrible - cracks and bad alingment of the resonating piece. I could have sent it back for refund (the seller agreed).. but shipping would have been more expensive than the refund.

Rating + 1 TERRIBLE!!!!!

I wish I could rate 0 stars. My violin arrived damaged.
Then after footing the bill for return shipping I had to chase them down for my refund. Once the refund was issued, they only refunded the item price not including tax. When I raised this issue with the seller, they argued with me that they had not charged tax which they clearly had according to the invoice and my payment method. I am still waiting for a full refund.

Rating + 1 They answer the phone saying "What? No Crystal no here"

My cello bow arrived broken in half. When I called Crystalcello, a woman with a thick oriental accent answered the phone with "What? No Crystal No here". Um, ookaaay.

Took almost 2 weeks for violin to arrive. It was defective. The phone @ Crystalcello would just ring & ring. Had to contact Newegg, then Crystalcello sent a replacement violin. Unfortunately, that didn't arrive in time for Christmas. Had to return both violins, but a refund was issued when Crystalcello received the violins.

I actually thought I was purchasing this through Newegg. I didn't realize that other merchants were selling on Newegg. I will purchase items on Newegg that I know they personally are selling.

I bought a violin, had a few issues, but once the vendor explained to me how to set it up, I noticed the violin worked real good.

The vendor Crystall was prompt at her communication she also gave me accurate information, not to mention she was open to take the violin back if it did not meet my expectations.

RMA Policy

RMA instructions

    3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.

Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.

We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed).
