I initially emailed this seller to let him know I was having some trouble placing my order because my Preferred Account card was having address verification issues. Guy emailed me back and gave me the contact info to get my issue with New Egg resolved and was beyond patient while I got everything straightened out. On top of all that he offered me a killer deal in addition to my order just-because. Best seller ever.

412 cabinet arrived with indentations on the top (from head) and store price tag - tells me it was a floor model. No manual or warranty / registration packet. They promply did offer to provide paperwork from Fender. New is New, used is used.

Send used floor model amp that was defective, no manual, no POWER CORD, no CD, no warranty information (i.e. nothing but an amp with defective tone controls). But promptly refunded money after I repacked and shipped.

While the box was damaged during shipment, the instrument arrived safe and sound!!! Will make my wife very happy for Christmas!!!
There was an issue with the order. The original item requested was no longer available, DDM made it right by offering the next higher model at the original price. Excellent company to do business with. Highest regards!!!
