Standard Return Policy
1. Once you receive your watch, you must report problems with the watch before wearing it, and within 24 hours of delivery. Otherwise if the watch has been worn, or that you claim of any problem with the watch after the period is considered either worn or used and thus the warranty takes over on warranty related issues, while none related issues are up to customer to pay for repairs.
2. For returns and exchanges, we allow 20 days from the day you receive your watch with the following conditions. If you think you may want to return the watch, please be sure to follow the rules for returns or exchanges.
a. The watch must not been worn at all
b. Do not remove any links from the bracelet. Do not size the watch.
c. Do not alter the watch in any way.
d. Do not write on the warranty cards, manuals, or the box.
e. All packaging material must be included in its original condition.
f. Return authorization number must be issued and clearly written on return box.
We do not sell used or refurnished watches. Thus, we will not take any watch back for return or exchanges, if the watch has any sign of usage. It is impossible to wear a watch, even for short period without leaving traces of wearing it. If the watch is returned and has such signs of usage, the shipping and handling will be collected from the customer to cover the cost of shipping back to the customer.

4. The shipping & handling charges will be deducted from refund. The shipping charge you pay may not be the actual amount we pay out to the shipping companies. Thus, shipping and handling may be more than that of the amount you paid amazon when you placed the order. All shipping and handling charges from and to the customer are the responsibility of the customer. Hence, we cannot refund the original shipping charges plus handling charges.
5. In the event that a package cannot be delivered, all shipping and expense are customer's responsibility. Here are the possible reasons that the packages may return to us. A. Customers refusal. B. Customers not present to sign for the package for delivery attempts and does not pickup the package at the shipping company while they hold the package to be picked up. C. Improper address was inputed by the customer such as leaving out the suite number or other incorrect address issues. D. For international shipments; customer refuses or does not pay the duty to accept the package. In all cases mentioned above, customers are responsible for any charges, duties, taxes that incurred to get the package back to us will be deducted from the final refund amount

On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 ¨C 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
